One thing I'm worried about is not much mention of an antagonist.. Final Fantasy games need a strong villain like Kefka or sephiroth.. It's been too long.

This was simply incredible. The music. Stand By Me. The environments. The gameplay. The Batmobile. The anime. The CG movie. Those actors. That release date reveal would have been amazing had it not been leaked.

I'm just slightly saddened that I assume Lena and Sean won't be voicing their in-game counterparts.

I thought the show was pretty great.

The environments are gorgeous. Combat looks good but will have to try it first. Summon animations are out of this world. Excellent character models. Technically, the graphics aren't some sort of powerhouse showcase but the art direction makes it a beautiful looking game. Different modes of transportation and environments gives me hope it won't be a bunch of repetitive open world quests. Obviously, hunting monsters from XII and XIII will be in.

Lookin forward to grabbing beer and playing the demo soon.
