Kyle Bosman at Home - PlayStation 4K: Reckoning

The tension between the NX and the PS4k kinda bums me out.

I want the NX to have a deserved spot light for a good while.

I'm done with console gaming if the life cycle is 2-3 years now. One of the reasons why I went back to it in 2005. If this is a common practice now, then I'm back to PC. At least I save on the subscriptions to play online and get a lot more freedom in general.

Kyle missed out on the part that Zelda DX had a dungeon only for people playing on Game Boy Color. Wonder if we'll get features/areas exclusive to PS4K owners?

Other than that, good video.

I like his take on PS4K, an acceptable solution to a problem that shouldn't had existed.
I hope it stay that way, a temporary solution, not an answer to the future of console.

I don't know about "shouldn't have existed", the alternative for PS4 would have been another "$599" moment, and that didn't go well last time. The console was actually lucky to get a last minute RAM boost without inflating the price.

Or Sony just eat the cost like they used to.
Anyways, I hope this PS4K is a one time thing, only exist because they want to take advantage of die shrink and UHD blu-ray.

And when PS4 reached its final form, Xbox and NX does the fusion dance and becomes PC 2 which is unfairly strong.

Agreed. Though I'm not sure that is the way it'll transpire. Iterative upgrades can be very profitable. Depends on gamers I guess.

Excellent video though. Loved the ending lol.

This was really good. I mean it's what so many of us in the other threads have basically been saying. But it's the way he presents it, the music, the laid back atmosphere. It's like a buddy sitting down with another friend to say "Take a breath, everything is gonna be alright".
