I disagree thoroughly. UC4 is just OK and nowhere near UC2 or emotional TLOU.

This blows away deep down - I mean did you see the multiplayer GIF of Chloe?!? For a split second, I thought it was a real person LOL! And from what I've seen and what people are saying, the single-player Uncharted 4 is the best graphical showcase yet for any platform!

Stupid mistake on my part. Amazon was suppose to ship out my copy of Uncharted 4 for May 6th delivery but since I changed the payment from credit card to gift card it is now showing May 16th. I should have just left it alone and I had to talk to a stupid person who spoke english bad and kept stating May 10th is the release date even when I said that Amazon is just fulfilling orders early due to the early shipment from Sony due to the delays. I had ordered it for $43.20 when they had the price back in January 2015. Oh well I guess I will just cancel it and get it from BB on the 10th. It would sure have been great to get the game 4 days early and play it over the weekend. Did anybody who ordered from Amazon USA get their order shipped yet for May 6 delivery? I guess they won't ship these out until tomorrow. This is the reason why I bought a PS4 at launch and now I need to suffer even longer. Need to stay off Neo so I won't see any spoilers that will ruin the game for me. LOL!

Hey, you can side eye me all you want lol. I know what I like and I'm very anal about TPS game "feel".
To date, I was VERY disappointed in the shooting mechanics of GTA V. They didn't quite take the best things from MP3 and put it in GTA V.
The main thing I loved about MP3 was the feeling of landing shots, the reticule and just overall weight of guns.
When I played UC4's MP beta, the feel of landing bullets, the "thwomp" sound, the way the reticule hit markers showed your bullets were landing were all imo just as good if not better than Max Payne 3. The only thing MP 3 has is euphoria but imo that comes at a cost: Controls. Max Payne 3 just doesn't feel that great to control as there is some sluggishness with moving around whatnot but it's still great. I played MP3 on PC btw so this isnt' some console 30fps experience.
I felt like UC4 controlled buttery smooth and combine that with the aforementioned, it's my personal favorite feeling TPS. It simply looks beautiful.
The only other shooter that I can say that's more or less debatable is MGSV TPP but there's things it does better and there's things UC4 does better. You don't have to expect MP3, just know that it's nothing like UC3 or whatnot.
I made a Webm showing it. of course this is nothing as you gotta play it but combine that with amazing animations, physics and graphics and it's easy to see imo why it's top tier stuff. This "Uncharted doesn't have good gameplay" narrative is absolute false now.

Glad to hear you agree there are pacing issues with the first third as that's where I'm finishing now.

UC2 intro was pretty good but I feel the UC4 intro accomplished far more and much more effectively.
It had to setup a pretty key part of the story and it did it great.
Edit: I'll also disagree on problematic pacing in the first third. I never thought TLOU had that problem either. The pacing is slow sure, as it builds up. But problematic? Nah.

Thanks. Just watched the whole of the stream now and noticed the glowing aroundon team mates on the Trials too (mentioned my dislike for this earlier in thread but looked like they were marked enemies).
I really hope ND lets us turn off the outline glowing filter and just have the medic sign over the head @ proximity because it really looks awful I think. Jaggy and out of place :-(
Anyone else think this?

Of course it is, so what? Good motion capturing is not as easy as you'd think. You have the basic animations grabbed from real-life actors, but tons of tweaking and tuning to do afterwards. It's hard work done right.

Can anyone tell me if the MP has a traditional leveling system like U2 and U3 had? Not talking about unlocks, just levels.
They still haven't put the servers for MP up so I can't check myself
No levels, they said. No traditional levelling system at least. You unlock gear by reaching certain overall score thresholds (which is basically a level, but it doesn't come with a 'Level 17' or whatever), and you unlock better gear by using the weaker versions of that gear.
Agree with all this. I think the biggest thing with KZ2 was that its hit reactions were far beyond most other games at the same time.
I know about the loadout unlock system, just wanted to know if there was an actual level system. Guess not. Guess I'll stick to this MP a lot less than I thought I would.
Loved getting to max level in U3 only to enter Legacy

Yes, nothing comes close, I replay the game often and is a pain in the slow parts after the 10 time you beat it but th egunplay is fucking worth it.

I believe it is a hair over 48GB, and then there is a 5GB day one patch that has multiplayer components and some fixes, which may not add fully to the total, but I am sure brings it over 50GB.
I would make sure you have 58GB of space or more just in case the download needs double the room for extraction.
