Juri looks terrible with and without the latex.
Judging from your avatar, I take it the only thing that would have made you happy was a 1 to 1 recreation of her SF4 costume?
I hope people realize I wasn't at all being serious about this and was just being a smart ass. COME ON!

For the record, there already is "one character not having that in her default costume."
Karin, who is almost completely covered up in her default.
Actually, Chun, too, since she's wearing tights and a dress.
Dude. Cammy is literally the second girl (IIRC) added to the SF roster and her win pose was her ass sticking out to the camera. In SF Alpha, Chun Li's outfit was a skin tight outfit. in SFA 2, Sakura was the school girl trope with flashes of underwear. In SFA3 there was Cammy showing her ass again, R. Mika's outfit, and two dolls. In SF3 series, Chun Li's outfit was her traditional outfit (yay thighs!), Elena isn't wearing much, Ibuki's outfit is cut in several places, and they couldn't even resist showing a tease of Makoto's bra.
I don't even have to mention the bunch of shirtless dudes, big arms, all the abs and such with all of the dudes in the series. Capping off with Urien and Gill saying "fuck it" and fighting in undies because they are awesome.
It is what is and I'm certainly not condemning it. It's fantasy fighting. But you're blind if you don't see the cake. =)

Any custome besides Alt 2 would have been fine.

Not a big fan of the new Juri.
Well, she's not bad but her old design was better and more stylish with nice details like the spider pattern and stuff.
Her new outfit just looks like "yeah bodysuit! yeh cleavage!", so yeah I think it's just meh.

Yeah, you were always going to be disappointed then. A new costume was a given, and thankfully what we got looks amazing.
Infiltration's alt 2 last Evo got me into USF4.

Loved the trailer.
Huge improvements for the three character models, good music, Balrog seems fun, Juri looks fantastic, and Urien looks like a boss even with that weird voice.
That Karin stage and alt are pretty cool too, unlike what she got before. Same for the Balrog alts. Amazing update we just got!
And for the hot topic there: I love Juri, I don't mind skin showing at all, but the black latex is actually a great design choice there. Seriously.

So I come back after a day of moving house (again...) while being excited for Balrog and his stage, to find out we're getting even more stuff and even more stages!
I say: WOW! That Beach stage looks incredible! People standing in actual water!? Rival Schools cameos!? A MONKEY SURFING PAST ON A SEA TURTLE!!!???
And you know what might be better still? The fact that Urien and Juri are both standing in front of what seem to be 2 more new stages (assuming all of this art will be translated into a stage at some point, as many if not most of them have). Ohhhh mama!
What a list indeed! If new stage interactions for the old stages are actually a part of this update as well, I'd be over the moon. Not sure if this is happening though, even when it seems wasteful not to use them from the new story mode.

And Ibuki. I think Street Fighter's long been very balanced in its female characters that are showy versus those that aren't.

Your wording implied that there were NO characters that were not showing gratuitous skin in their default outfit.
Even if that wasn't your intention, I was making it clear that that was not the case.
Doesn't SFV take place before 4? Wouldn't that make these her natural size and she got breast reduction surgery between games?

Definitely. Over the series' life, there has been plenty of variety. Between the Cammys/Mikas/Elenas/Lauras and the Ibukis/Roses/Karins/Makotos.
