Amazon said mine was shipping August 5th. Now its "shipping soon" and has been this way since I've pre-ordered a while back. Getting real nervous about not receiving it tomorrow.

Probably referring to the new cloud rendering tech Sean talked about in the patch notes as coming soon and base building and massive space freighters.

IF only thing holding PC version back is some last moment things they needed to fix and/or add to port this could happen, bringing release date closer to console one that is. Extremely unlikely tho as most likely there is something else going on than just adding some features.

I think at this point, with Sony agressiveness and Sean tight lipped attitued and no sign of PC footage that the only thing preventing the early release of PC is some kind of deal between the guys and Sony for exclusivity. I was pissed, but really dont mind anymore: It was the price we had to pay to get this game into existence.

Stated a few pages back, your text/email says that its ready for pickup tomorrow not that its actually ready for pickup. Store system will not let you check out with the game.
 
Not sure if this has been asked yet, but to anyone that has a copy, is there in-game stat tracking for hours played? I'm a sucker for this dumb feature and would love to know if it's in there or not. To this day, I have no idea how much time I spent in The Witcher 3 due to the suspend feature on the PS4 breaking the time tracking and that lack of information always annoyed me on some weird dumb level. Something in me has to know how much time I'm dumping into something and with this games potential longevity, I'm very interested to see hour counts.
 
Watching one stream on YouTube by gaffer I believe and I feel like crying.

I am spending the most I've ever spent on normal game, non LE or other edition and I already see me having more playtime than let's say Elite plus Horizons, which I don't even play anymore...

I've prepared my girl that from Friday I am just on the bed, exploring and listening and seeing and flying with smile on my face.

I truly can't wait.
 
Oh, btw, the music in the game is amazing. I actually didn't think 65days would have the versatility to pull off what they have
 
I wonder, if they have somehow mis-calculated the popularity of the game and at some point during heavy load times players will be close by wherever you go.
 
Holy crap.
Just checked out the PS4 version while wearing the HTCvive using desktop VR with supersampling to clean up the pic lol(I capture the PS4 with A HDMI to USB 3 device running into OBS. That will hold me tight through the 24 live stream AND until the PC version can arrive lol

I'm surprised they are not showing off the PC version on the hello games stream. You would think that would be a good point to finally show something about it....
 
Haven't seen anything on this game since E3 last year maybe? I started losing interest. Now that we're almost at release though, I'm pretty hyped again!

Gonna have to wait til it comes out on PC though.. so close.
