I'm not sure that was an explicit de-confirmation of a Stella, Noct relationship however.
No, but he said that in context of Stella and Noctis IIRC.

This game has been one hell of a development rollercoaster. One way or another, I'll be playing it once it comes out.. hopefully it delivers.

I wouldn't say Romeo and Juliet, but more the style of Romeo + Juliet.
Xbox One version:
- blurrier IQ
- stronger hair dithering
- lower res textures
- no anisotropic filtering
- Less grass/vegetation in Duscae region
- Might be because of specific scenes but it looks as if the lighting is even further dialed back and flatter.

Considering her role in the lore, I wouldn't be surprised either. Huge Death-flag hanging over Luna.
I'm pretty sure that Luna's "main" role in the story is to set things up for Noctis to succeed. I don't think she's "waiting for him to act" but rather setting things up so that he can act since lore dictates he's the only one who can (Being the "new king" and all). Isn't she also confirmed to be a guest party member?

xbox one has lower resolution, more pop-in and screen tearing which ps4 doesnt have. maybe less AF? basically ps4 looks like FFXV while xbox one looks like downgraded FFXV.
Tbh I will be surprised if she survives the game... she is already dead in my head. Sorry :'(
I didn't understand the part "whose good on the main cast", what does it mean? I hope you're right btw.

You are absolutely correct!
The Romeo and Juliet comparisons were made by fans based on a Shakespearean quote that didn't come from Romeo and Juliet, never by Nomura himself. I could be wrong, but I feel pretty certain I'm remembering correctly.

They said games will work but I don't know if they said anything about requiring devs to go back and improve their game.
That makes no sense unless the game is re released (to mandate upgrade).
And the best version will be the PC version, no doubt about it.
Yeah. Scorpio might help with the framerate. But without any patch, the resolution, lack of grass, worse lighting and lack of anisotropic filtering would still remain the same, no?

I haven't read any spoilers regarding FFXV. I just have my own theory on what's going on and I honestly believe that the main good guys aren't gonna die. HOWEVER!!!! IF I WERE TO GUESS TO SAY WHO MIGHT GET KILLED THEN... YA KNOW....

Because the game is old af when Scorpio releases, and they probably have their next game to work at that point.
They might make one if they see it as profitable, but it's not guaranteed by any means.

Because the game won't sell shit on Xbox? It's still a mistery why it's being made for xbox one at all and the results are showing.
Having a team updating the game 12 months after release for a version that will hardly sell 500k units seems like wasted resources.

It's almost certainly because it was announced as coming to both XBO and PS4 before they saw just how poorly Japanese games were going to do there, and how little Japan would embrace the system. It's notable that SE hasn't announced anything else to come to XBO since KH3 and FFXV.
Dude.. That's why I asked if Microsoft is making it mandatory. If they are not, why would Square-Enix bother?
Sony mandates Neo mode for games released after the console is released. Ubisoft won't have to go back and update Asscreed4 for the Neo if they don't want to.
Edit: I thought it was only after the release of the console, but if the poster bellow me is right, the point still stands.

Yeah but the difference is that Neo patch is mandatory for games that release 1-2 months before Neo launches.
FFXV releases a year or even more before Scorpio launches.
After the console is released? Didn't the documents say something about "All games released after the end of September must ship with Neo mode"?

IIRC the leaks specified games released after mid october. I could be wrong though. Either way if the leaks are true in any way, then FFXV would have some sort of neo mode.
Pretty sure Sora and Kairi are a thing throughout kingdom hearts. But I wouldn't expect full fledge "this is romance" romance kinda thing.

Doubtful. The main reason for the delay is how unstable the game is based on what people were saying in previews.
