Well, there's definitely an argument for having a database of sorts in the game client highlighting all the free stuff people can read and watch, but it's also easily available on Blizzard's channels and sites.

Really doubt they're going to do that. it would mess up the balance they are striving for and would be too troll heavy.
Plus how would a character do ALL the ults? Especially when they don't have the gear or know how like the Shimada Clan dragons or Rein's Hammer or Bastion's Turret

Eh, no worse than Rubick from Dota. He can copy ANY skill in the game, and he's still considered balanced. Just make it so she can't use more than 1 at a time.
