Forza Horizon 3 (PC/XB1, 2016) Confirmed; Set in Australia

Dam that Achievements list is awesome! Some interesting stuff in there. What in the world are Danger Signs? Skill Songs sounds like a cool idea. I like that you'll get to Upgrade your festival sites and sign radio stations (so I hopefully don't have to listen to ones I don't want to :p). Also, I can't wait to see all the Beauty Spots in the game. I noticed there was an achievement for buying a car from a Skill Shop.. I wonder what that is. Demo on the 12th, then Ultimate Edition on the 23rd. I can't wait!!!

Forgive my poor memory(I only played about 120 hours of FH2...), but were there any races in FH2 that had rolling time of day? I know most of the races were on the short-side, and I seem to remember most if not all them being at a set time of day.

I'm currently grinding all the championship in FH2 and I don't recall any races with rolling time of day.
 
I unloaded my Xbox ones a few months back before they lost value due to the S model hitting, but I'm likely holding off until Scorpio (if even since PC gets exclusives?) So how do I go about buying it on PC?

Is it through the haggard windows 10 app store thingy? Or the Xbox app? I've never touched any windows 10 Microsoft PC games since their windows live service died a horrible death lol

I want this bad for my wife and I but don't know how it works? Before on the one I could share one copy with her under the family account thing, but that likely won't work for Windows right? I'm assuming it wants us each signed in different xbox accounts or something via the app? It's like $295 canadian with tax for 2 copies so if we could share one like before on the xbox ones that would help huge.

Kinda has me wondering if I should wait now =/

Buy any digital version of FH3 from anywhere and you'll automatically have a PC copy as well.

At the very least, you'll still be able to share across two XB1s or an XB1 and a PC.

There's also some indication you'll be able to share across multiple PCs as well, but all we have to go on right now is KI, which is a bit different.

I believe you can share it with her if she's listed as a family member on your windows device.

Fuck me, no FFB support for Fanatecs other than CSR?? what are people that bought $600 wheels supposed to do? throw them out the window and go buy "the new one"?

What's up with Fanatec? first Driveclub lacked any Fanatec support due to some obscure political reason neither Sony nor Fanatec publicly cleared (at least to my knowledge) but hey, it's a PS4... but on Windows PC? come on... there should be support for ANY wheel that is Windows 10 compatible.
 
Do I preorder the xbox one digital version in order to ensure that I can play the game on both my xbox and pc, or do I purchace the windows pc version to do that?

It doesn't matter but you can buy the Xbox version from Singapore or Hong Kong to pay less and play earlier so I would go with that.

Can't you buy on the Xbox via the web, and get a key for the Windows version too?
 
I bought the Ultimate edition on the Xbox Store on Windows 10 after E3, and I can no longer find the game there.... Please tell me I didn't fudge up and buy it ONLY on the Xbox One... I know they said we get both versions... Anyone?

Christ fuck me no. The one thing I don't like about the Forza Horizon games is the festival atmosphere. Great games but I've never been a fan of that element.

Thanks guys, ya I saw something about the family sharing features, hopefully I can test that out and it will let us play coop with the one copy.

I can't for the life of me find a link or a page that doesn't direct me to a missing page.

Check your Windows Store *app* on Windows 10 purchase history. It's cross-buy for sure, I wouldn't worry. License is tied to your Microsoft account (the one you are signed in with on Xbox).

Ya I can't seem to figure it out either, the only thing I get a proper link to is the physical copy from the Microsoft store, but I want the digital version lol.

Hopefully we can get this figured out in the next few weeks =/

By supporting only one new Fanatec wheel that 5 people own

Counting down the days to buy this on PC, I hope decent wheel support comes, I only have a G25 and Fanatec PWTS, would be nice to get some true wheel support for G25/G27. Meanwhile I'll have to enjoy it on the joypad and see what happens.

Buying a new wheel is a real problem, I don't like this Xbox/PC or PS/PC wheels and having to choose one side. With Forza coming to PC it should put an end to that utter bollocks so I can be comfortable to buy and PS/PC wheel and have it work with Forza on PC. Please don't go down the bollocks route and force PC guys to buy two wheels again.

Even then what wheels is GT Sport going to support, nobody knows, G29?, Which Fanatecs? Old or new Thrustmasters? With the delay we can't even get a demo. Total mess. Seems I won't be buying a wheel till 2018 at this rate.
 
Any way to force the pre-load?

I still only have the108.1MB place holder and the 3 DLC packs.
I should have the Ultimate Edition but no mention of that anywhere.
I'd like to get it paid for and downloaded.

Forza Horizon 3 doesn't even come up when I search for it my dashboard's store anymore.

Yeah I loved the first game but the "much festival so cool" story garbage made me cringe.

I'll probably pick up FH3 from the Windows Store. We'll see.

edit: just spoke with customer services. The dude said that there will be no preload on pc. I don't know how much you can trust a random support guy...

Thanks, it is in my purchase history now that you've mentioned it. I'm just wondering why the game is no longer visible in the Xbox Store on Win10.
