Unlike the majority of female models in gaming, Nyx is actually based on a real model via nude scanning. So yes, fantasy based on reality, unlike the pornstar proportions of Cindy.

This was set into motion by a guy who said he was genuinely disgusted and horrified by the Death magic/spell effect and that it shouldn't be in the game because it makes light of death in real life. I just wanted to point out how dumb that sounds and that we should ignore his opinion.

It's quite obvious he was talking about how the clothes fit/lie on the character, not the practicality/appropriateness of it. But people are over exaggerating Nyx's undergarments or they have never seen sportswear before. As I said, this is the same guy who said a similar thing about a dumb little spell effect (the first one to say that the scene is 'problematic').
