I feel fairly certain that the progressives have had knowledge of this conversation for a long time and dropped it at this point in time in an effort to obscure the release of damaging information about Hillary Clinton and her desire for open borders. I believe that they have more material that they will release periodically up until the election to keep a negative focus on Donald Trump. They do not want to discuss the vital issues that are destroying our nation and the future of our children, because they do not have logical solutions and offer more of the same that has gotten us into this precarious situation.

This has been more depressing to me than anything. As much as I am enjoying the fireworks, this is exposing the true colors of many people I know. I even had someone I thought was my friend call me weak, following in Trump's footsteps, for having PTSD.

I have family members I can't even look in the face. Just reprehensible, and not in keeping with how we were raised. The vengeful part of me that hates the GOP for coming after anyone whom it deems "unAmerican" is enjoying the hell out of this - the party needs to be razed and its earth salted.. but at a personal level, it still hurts.

I live in Georgia and have seen a couple of the ballots in play across the state and there are numerous districts where representatives are running unopposed. I'd say there were more seats with no challenger than there were contested races. I don't think the republicans have much to worry about when it comes to the House.
