What it's going to do =/= what it is right now
I'm used to 60FPS when it comes to Super Stardust so this looks super unappealing to me.

So are they having a better experience today vs last week?

This looks dreadful.
I mean, the actual game is 90 (or 120) fps. Still, not the kind of VR game I'm looking for.
Man these guys are really down on VR it seems. Makes me sort of worried for plopping down the cash on this (I won't be able to try it out until tonight).

Hmm, interesting. Stardust is always a good time so if the FPS in VR is still high and all then that's good.

Sony won't allow any PSVR games with an effective frame rate lower than 90.

That's not true at all. Your game can run 60fps, and the PS4 will reproject that to 120fps.
Not sure what you mean by effective, but Sony allows 60 fps games and fudge it with reprojection.

That's exactly what I mean by "effective" ya dinguses.

It's still 60fps...could even be 90fps or 120fps. I think Game Bomb streams everything out at 30fps but the archive should be 60fps
I think calling that 'effective 90' is very inaccurate though and makes it sound like additional frames are being generated. It's 60fps with reprojection.
The change from "VR is going to change the world, nothing can compare" to "buy it if it looks cool to you" is pretty funny.
But it is good, just not recommend-$5-800-hardware-to-everyone-unconditionally good. The change from "VR is here and it's actually good" to "VR will be good at some point in the future" has been funny though.
Reprojection is doing exactly that. Every other frame is added. It is warping the natively rendered frames and adding them.
