Thanks for the update, but keep in mind there are other people tweeting that there will be news this week so it's not like the rumor is solely based on Emily Rogers tweets. Emily Rogers is being more vocal about it though, yes.

if it comes to that, it would probably be good to explain why only Emily Rogers' and not other twitter accounts that posted similar rumors.

Yeah I'm gonna hop on the NX:ER hype train now. I've forced myself to stay away from NX rumors but this one seems likely true, I gotta have faith in Emily.

Anyone brought back up those supposed e-mails sent to Nintendo employees saying there would be an announcement to tune into on Friday? Was that debunked at all?

We don't want threads that are just constant GIF spams, train pictures, and "OMG I'M GOING TO EXPLODE!!!" posts, along with scouring the internet for every last unbelievable rumor and giving it a platform, which encourages people to post even more BS.

This is why we keep rebooting these threads around actual rumors and new points, even if they're pretty light.

This is before I even get to the PM complaints we receive about people being rude to each other when we leave them open too long and posters start attacking each other out of frustration.

Emily quadrupled down on the NX reveal, stating it is before the weekend. ShockingAlberto is not guessing friday. She is putting her reputation on the line and if she is wrong she'll be banned from discussion on this forum and this thread will get locked down.

Basically, as someone said earlier, this is the final boss fight.
