It's really nice. The injection mold casing is really high quality.
Also @GhostTrick playing Mario Kart Double Dash PAL mode is aces. Runs like butter.

This is great! Does it stick to 60 fps most of the time?
It'd be cool if you could try some more modern games like this (Say Axiom Verge, Enter the Gungeon, Hyper Light Drifter).
What engine is Owlboy on? based on how well it runs, probably not Game Maker right?

You can't currently they've removed the preorder counter, possibly for good.
Last time I checked 465 units had been ordered before it was removed, minus the 40 units that have been shipped already.

All PAL versions are different from that era because they can run at 60hz, so 60fps... or 50hz, so 50fps. What it means is that running your PAL game at 50hz requires 50fps to get fullspeed instead of 60fps. Basically, for low end devices, it is far easier to reach the 50fps target and get the game running at fullspeed, without any sound crackling.

I set my memory timings to "fast" in the bios and saw a slight bump in performance.

i requested a couple times some mame videos from ya on youtube. Also would be great if you could maybe also show hyperspin for emulators running. I am pretty much only going to use this for mame and 2d inde games and facebook and such.
also just ordered mine i was on the fence but meh now i can play mame on the road without having to hack a vita or psp or carry a laptop.

Yea, I saw your request. I was trying to swing it with my current MAME romset and it's just a mess trying to remember how to convert my set into a current working set. Ideally I'd like to just download the latest MAME romset but it's huge and would take days to download. It's one request that I'm going to have to skip for now. Sorry about that.
I know there is another person on Dingoonity that has a MAME set and will be posting reviews.
Aside from that, I do have a PCem set and I'll try to see how it can emulate a Voodoo card and jazz.

So glad I bought it when it was 10 cents .. 2 years ago I think? Anyway, it plays perfect on the GPDwin and looks amazing. Hopefully it goes on sale again, for those of you getting the GPDwin make sure you buy it on sale. It's an interesting twist on the sokoban genre.
I'm glad I came off cool as a cucumber. I was still plenty worried. I know enough with having stressed my machine that it has legs. I've yet to see any artifacting but I do worry with the efficiency of the heatsink not properly sapping the heat. Also for comparison, the Fallout 4 video I was playing Fallout 4 for 10 minutes prior to me recording. That WoW video I started pretty much then and there.
Still I wasn't happy with the temps. Until I can do the heatsink mod, I'll probably ease my throttle down a bit.
Dam the PsP performance was disappointing.

I received an email back from them saying they would send it out as soon as they were 'tested'. Whatever that means.
Also said I'd get a tracking number. I was probably ~250 on their pre-orders.

Hah I was just struck by the difference of how you were acting in both videos, you really did seem calm in the WoW video. That you were playing 10 minutes prior in the FO4 video makes perfect sense.
