What does FFXV think it is, a Tales game(old Tales tend to have the strange transformed final bosses, a lot of modern ones have the human-sized ones, even the remakes of Phantasia and Destiny shat on the originals by doing that type of shit)?

Pretty sure it did. Guess the leak wasn't 100% true after all, in just one part that I REALLY hoped it would've been. I love my "final forms" of final bosses. FF is a series known for crazy final boss final form designs. Well, we got FFXVI....

Again we have no idea how the entire story plays out. You just have people spoiling themselves on segments of it with very little context.

Then you have people just saying the leaks were shit just because even though the leaks themselves weren't good or bad. The damning things about the leaks were just the performance issues with the game really that seem to be ironed out.

I'm going to make a call here. The general public is going to eat this game up. They are going to love the gameplay, sidequests and the overall journey. Game may not end on the strongest note, but people will say this was a good starting point and good direction in reinvigorating interest in the series.

Me too. Final boss ended up being anticlimatic as fuck. Luna's in the game for like 3 scenes and dies offscreen lol, and Tabata sold her as a great strong heroine. Dude streamed like 2 hours of post game gameplay, and his clock was only at 31h
