Maybe it's unintentional? We've seen obscure references in the show, but they're "mainstream" obscure, like lesser-known Queen albums in Greg's vinyl collection or a Sanic figure. This isn't any of that; this is Loss.JPG.

I don't mind it much considering the Gems rarely interact with humans or understand them. Heck, even Steven suffered from their influence on him.

The joke is that gems choose same-sex pairings for the figures and made Andy feel uneasy.

No, I'm quite familiar with it and agree with Ragnarok. Loss.jpg edits need at least a degree of consistency with what's supposed to be representing Buckley's character. There is none here. I really, really doubt that's what they would be going for--there would have to be either a bride or a groom in every section for that to work, but there's not.

Maybe. Hard to say. Her apparent radio silence doesn't exactly bode well, but the way /sug/ has completely written the narrative on what exactly happened based on excerpts from an anonymous blog that she may or may not have been using for venting purposes kinda rubs me the wrong way.
What we seem to know for absolute certainty is that Hilary Florido is now paired with Amber Rogers if a staff video and/or pic (which I can't seem to find the source of even though I'm almost positive I've seen it shared as recently as last week) was anything to go by. We've known she'd been promoted to storyboards since October.
