From what I remember, it wasn't an official hint unless he posted #DatMarvel on the tweet.

Maybe some of these are red herrings designed to throw us off. He's done it before.

According to Lupinko (the guy who leaked the roster for MvC3, MK9 and UMvC3). The rest of the characters for the Tekken side is Bryan, Lars, Alisa, Leo, Christie, Jack, Ogre and Pac Man. Street Fighters side is Guy, Cody, Dudley, Elena, Blanka, Akuma and Mega Man.

The only thing he got wrong was misspelling Lei as Leo. I remember that was a big controversy.

Wields a big ass soul sword, sorceress supreme and ruler of Limbo (basically hell), has teleportation abilities in scope of both time and space, can use black magic, can absorb souls.

She's bad.

And no marvel 3 isn't "like all neutral" I'm pretty sure you spend way, way more time comboing or getting combo'd than playing a two player game.

i remember SneakersSO was teasing before before RE7 & GOW 4 got revealed that "'camera angles' & perspective" would be a major talking point post reveal which did end up happening. i also remember him talking about DR4 when the screenshots got leaked. Lets see if hes on the money with this

Nope as I said earlier the only thing I heard is that this game was actually a thing. Had not heard about it being at PSX and have no clue as to who will be on the roster. I think Marvel and Fox have come to some sort of quiet agreement seeing as the Legion tv show actually exists.

Between 6 way mixups with Mags, Iron Man infinites, unblockable incomings, and Cable killing your entire team, MvC2 wasn't that different lol.

Anyway, time isn't really important. If the combo was an autokill or if it went 1000 hits, it's still the same outcome. It's not like you can just randomly go up to someone and get to that point though. Marvel isn't about what happens AFTER the hit. It's about what did you do to GET the hit.

Hopefully that's true and they won't ban the X-Men characters at all
 
If this game exist which I think it doesn't but if it exists then they should bring back 6 button setup like the old vs games. Keep it complex and don't dumb it down capcom. Granted if mvc4 exist and i think it doesn't .

A lot of the problems people have with that game are related to walkspeeds, length of normals and specials. Combos being too short is not a complaint I see much of except for maybe the medium into medium thing.

I would hope so, but the show was actually greenlit last year, when the supposed ban was still in full effect (long story short, Fox has the live-action rights for TV & film use of the X-Men, but Marvel Entertainment has to greenlight any TV efforts that Fox wants to do). If anything, the upcoming relaunch for the X-Men comics as well as Funko releasing a ton of X-merch as of recently may be a sign that the rumor of Marvel lifting the video game ban sometime in 2017 could have some truth to it.

I used to play MvC1 on GGPO and 2 over XBL pretty regularly man. Those games are in fact very different than Marvel 3 in how they handle combos and neutral. Character killing combos are not the norm in those games. In Marvel 3 they are practically BnBs.

If you like that type of Marvel 3 play then just say so, but don't pretend Marvel has always been that way and that people are crazy or something for wanting something different lol
