A bit of an out there suggestion, but N++ has co-op and competitive multiplayer modes. It's also really good in singleplayer, too.

I wasn't trying to troll you, I mean the normal format is that the OP makes a sort of canonical list of a few hundred titles, and then the rest of the thread adds suggestions. Not saying you wouldn't do a good job, just stressing that we normally aim for a very exhaustive OP no matter who makes it!

How do the AC Ezio games run on modern PCs?

I played AC Brotherhood recently and it ran locked at 60 most of the time. Some rare areas the framerate dips to 40ish but it's not that bad.

Ray Gigant 70% off is tempting because anime vita port rpgs dont usually get bundled so its safe there, plus its a big discount, plsu I love the 2d art style of the battles.

Another option is Sleeping Dogs, easily my favorite GTA-style game (even above actual GTA games). And I'm not sure if it counts or not but Assassin's Creed: Syndicate reminded me of GTA as I was playing it, just more... Victorian

Underrail is a fantastic RPG too, but I feel The Age of Decadence's accomplishments are more noteworthy, and is ultimately a better RPG. Either way, they're both great choices.

It's interesting to note how both games are directly inspired by Fallout, but each takes and focuses on different aspects of it.
