Haven't played starbound that much but I enjoyed terraria more as starbound was more linear in the beggining, forcing a more tiered launch (at least in the early access/first patches). Meanwhile terraria has lots of content from all the patches.
Another games you may enjoy and are cheaper are:
Dungeon of the endless - a really nice roguelite
Enter the gungeon- a reaaally amazing roguelite with a new expansion soonish (should have gone by now)
Lego Marvel Superheroes - probably my favourite lego game with lots of marvel superheroes, kinda like the batman 3 lego game. Lots of things to do
Have Gungeon but I'm not a fan of roguelikes/-lites/-whatever.
What is there to do in Lego Marvel? Debating between that and Terraria now.

It is kinda of an open world with different missions like all the lego games. The game style is third person action and it is really easy to play and it is perfect for coop with even people that dont like videogames normally (also the humour it has is amazing). The theme this time is marvel superheroes so it has imo a great variety and it actually has xmen unlike the newer lego marvel which is more like the cinematic universe. You should try to see the gameplay of it. Otherwise i will say it is around 10-12h if you dont try to 100% it which would add a little bit more at least until you unlock the cheats which make it easier.

Gamebillet has it for 8£ (9.39€. At this price, it is a no-brainer. Use Wintersale coupon to save 10%. I picked it up on PS4 day 1 and it was worth it. Picked it up again for this price. Other than some story aspects being weak, the gameplay is one of this generations best.
This is tempting, although I know I won't be playing it any time soon. Is this the best price the game has ever been at?

It's 30 FPS locked, the graphics aren't great and the animations in cutscenes are pretty garbage.

This is the lowest I've ever seen and far lower than Steam. Given how weak the GBP is compared to other major currencies, this is an ideal time (at least for a Canadian or American) to pick it up.
Rimworld and Factorio are the best tycoon or simulation type games I have played (recently). Both in early access, but seem well worth the price of admission. I have like 65 hours in Factorio and just getting into Rimworld.

I've played all the Assassin's Creed games up to III with a controller. Just remember to turn on the controller BEFORE launching the game. Early controller support on PC was kinda iffy.

Well, Unity looks better but gameplay in Syndicate is better. Guess it depends which is more important to you, as well as the different settings.
People generally think the game is good, but the PC port is garbage. I tried to play PW3 but it wasn't possible to get a controller pad working on it, and there isn't a mouse/keyboard option from what I gathered online.
