Speaking of FF9, is the PC port good? Or does it have that always online, Square-Enix account required, barebones mobile port stuff that other Final Fantasy ports have had?
I heard Setsuna was quite short but someone that played it might confirm that, considering the discount is quite small.
Question! You say the game is the definitive version, however I'm curious about "Equipment % Display" which was supposedly lost in the Wii version (discussed HERE). Not having played the game, I wonder if it's there or not in the PC version! It's my favourite Nippon Ichi game. I love it.
Wrote this Steam review about it:
N++ is one of the best pure skill-based platformers of all time. Incredible amount of content too.
And fantastic local coop too! (in which we are at the top of the leaderboards for more than half the levels)
The House in Fata Morgana - Chapter 4
Fuck.
Btw, something curious I've noticed at the beginning of this chapter:
There's text that only shows up in the log after stepping through the last door. ...Ominous text.Link to a screenshot of what I mean.
Welp.. Hour and a half later and I haven't beaten this scoreDevil Daggers is insanely fun. If any of you are active players, shoot me a PM with your steam name so I have some scores to match up/watch the replay of.
What are you alls high scores? I just got 130k after about an hour and a half of overall play, feelsgoodman

I'm thinking of getting a JRPG but I'm not entirely sure which of the following to get:
Final Fantasy IX
Final Fantasy X + X-2
I Am Setsuna
I'm thinking of saving IX until later, working my way throughout the franchise backwards for now (not sure I'm in a mood for kinda-old-school atm). Is X + X-2 still awesome even if I vaguely remember some of the ending I've learned about in the past?
Really curious about I Am Setsuna, though, so I might get that regardless.
I've worn out my old xbox one controller to the point that the left analog is sticking is different directions, was thinking of grabbing a new one which ones come with bluetooth atm?
And all the new ones that are that same model of course. Dawn Shadow, both of those god ugly Gears of War controllers, anything from the design lab etc.Only the white one that came with the Bone S.

Not experience with the other 3, but Civ6 needs some more patching before it's worth it Imo. There's a great foundation there, but AI issues, bugs, and a poor UI are currently dragging down the otherwise great game play. By the time they fix that, it should also be cheaper tooIn other news, I'm trying to decide what to spend my Xmas Steam dollars on -- these are all high priced items that were on my list. I've got about 100 bucks, so at max I can get 1 or 2 of them (not planning on spending a large amount of my own money).
Tyranny - 40.49
Planet Coaster - 38.24
Xenoverse 2 - 37.49
Civ VI - 53.99
Thoughts from those that picked these up recently? I'm kind of leaning towards ones with bigger discounts, but I'm still unsure. The alternate of course is to pass on all of these and just buy them later on down the line. But, where's the fun in that. Make a case for why I should choose one or the other!
Does anyone have any good Animal Crossing style games to recommend?

Does the Final Fantasy 13 trilogy run as poorly as the comments suggest? I'm really looking forward to trying out XIII-2.
The only one I've heard of is Castaway Paradise. I have no idea if it's any good or not, but it seems to still receive regular updates.
Can I buy The Division season pass on Steam if I own The Division on uPlay? I know with some of the Assassin's Creed DLC, Steam gives you a code to redeem on uPlay.

Amazon also has the season pass for the same price as Steam.

Its ok. No where near the quality of Animal Crossing but acceptable.
Bloodlust is the only game I ever refunded.
There's my opinion on it.

i had a fair bit of motion sickness when playing the talos principle with a controller
if you're sensitive to that stuff like i am you might want to buy it on pc since u can also try the mouse out (which is how i played it, also tweaked the settings a bunch and switched between 3rd and 1st person a lot)
also the game itself feels really complete, i haven't played the dlc and i'm pretty happy with what i got
Agreed. It also seems like the ps4 version has rough performance, probably adding to potential motion sickness problems.
who has the best chance of winning that isn't ARK
I can be quite susceptible to motion sickness in the circumstances mentioned, so I will get the PC version instead. Thanks!
Is there any reason to get Talos Principal on PC over PS4?
Right now it is on sale on both platforms, but the PS4 version is cheaper and also includes the DLC whereas the Steam version the DLC is a separate purchase.
Its a few dollars difference, however if there is a good reason to go PC like better performance for example, Ill do that.
Helmut is too good to be sold anyway.can you not sell cards anymore?
