If you think Trevor Noah has the starpower(that Stewart had) to stop his writer/staff/production team from doing some shit like this, boy have i got news for you.

Trevor is still the black guy who replaced Jon Stewart and is not even American. And he knows it, because i'm sure there's not a minute of his life right now where this is said to him, be it by his viewers, his 'fans' or most of the dumb motherfucker out there that don't like him.

Good morning all.

Just finished chest day in the gym. I felt tired and I wasn't as explosive as I would have liked. I need to prioritize stretching at night.

Mornin', Ashtanga/Power yoga and Muay Thai has helped me achieve limber - flexibility to possess maximum swole along with general weight lifting/strength training.

Ha I hope it works great for you. Feel free to drop stuff to add other stuff for you and make sure you always focus on form.

I hate looking up exercises for form check because it is almost information overload with how many different channels there are of people explaining things and the videos aren't that short

I'm trying to follow this stretching program called Limber 11 but that's only for lower body.

Morning BCT.

BCT workout warriors (all are welcome)

Anyway. I'm taking tomorrow off to let my body heal. Went 3 days in a row and have been mixing bulking exercises with cutting. The results are nice, but the body is weary

I still actively train. I fought in team competitions in Thailand when I got serious. I started kickboxing and boxing when I was younger, so it helped ease me into Muay Thai in '06 but I didn't start getting serious until '07, been doing it ever since, so that's 10 years in Muay Thai. If you're serious about it I recommend it, its a hell of a good way to cultivate self-discipline and control.

haven't seen rogue yet but that's probably partly due to Disney's willingless to torch most of the material and soft-reboot.

Marvel tries to please too many different chefs with their setup.

They didn't even have to do much. In Rogue One, Forest Whitaker's character is one that was in the Clone Wars TV show. They accomplished this amazing feat by... giving him the name of the character that was in Clone Wars.

That was it. They didn't have to, but they did. It would have worked just as well if they didn't, which I know because I didn't even remember that he was in Clone Wars until after I saw the movie. But it didn't hurt anything, so they just did it.

Marvel can't even throw in an offhanded reference to any one of the six TV or Netflix shows they have running?

I think I'm serious about wanting to learn and compete but I just worry about the time commitment.

I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and competed since I was 10 until I was 16 and then when I was 18 in college I started boxing until my last year there.

The gym that has competitive Muay Thai also has MMA and I need to figure out if there is any overlapping since I would like to learn Muay Thai and compete with the gym's MMA team

Right now I could see myself being able to attend classes Friday mornings, Saturday evenings, or Sunday evenings and practice every day by myself. I'm not sure if this is enough and if my ody can take tat beat down if I'm also lifting 6 days a week lol
 
My 2pm meeting got canceled. I'm glad I didn't leave out. It got pushed to 10am for tomorrow. There is this good barber in my city that I heard about and I'm hoping he can do walk-ins since Wednesday isn't one of his busy days.

Ever since I bought my thot brush to get curls I noticed I needed a cut to really seal the deal. This barber specializes in thotboy haircuts and as well as professional thotboy haircuts

Not really. But I rather have good alcohol than beer. Which is a switch from 10 years ago. I would actually rather have great alcohol and a fruity drink than a beer. My wife will drink some hard ass drink and I'll get the one that tastes sweet and has an umbrella.

That's what happens when you don't give a shit about appearences.

If you're good at managing your time, time commitment won't be an issue for you. Since you have experience in Tae Kwon Do and Boxing your body conditioning should be enough of a pre-requisite to transition into Muay Thai. There is little overlapping if you're looking to mix the arts as opposed to doing Pure Muay Thai.

Pure Muay is time consuming its a train 6/6/7 Type of commitment 6 days 6 hours, 7 days 6 hours. I always felt MMA under utilizes or doesn't at all use many techniques that Pure Muay Thai offers. This is why I specifically go to Thailand.

But, if your trainer is any good they will teach you how to transition Muay Thai techniques into MMA. Took me years to get an absolute technique and be complemented by my Ajarn, most bamf I've ever met, fucking Thais are brutal they do not retreat from striking range.

If you're looking to combat you should priotize technique over heavy lifting until you find your stance. But, Its really about knowing your bodys limitations and not over train to the point you injure yourself. Getting enough sleep, eating the right foods and working on conditioning is what counts.
