the "what are the alternatives to CP" question got asked so much on r/malefashionadvice they made an image macro they just copy paste into every weekly thread asking about them

I don't really like the Achilles low if I'm being honest
for an all white sneaker my fave remains the Air Force 1 low
still doesn't compare to the killshot 2. god damn it nike.just snagged a pair of these:
nike sb blazer low gt, ivory/gum colors
pretty classy in my opinion
I can never get any of the fancy minimalist shoes cuz they dont go up to size 13/never in stock.
edit: killshot 2...now thats a name I havent heard in a long, long time...

Ok, so, I'm looking at these shoes at Uniqlo:

Should I cop? It looks much better in person but I'm worried about the quality (although I'm already not expecting much in terms of quality). I may get the black one because white will probably get way too dirty especially since it's winter.
I mainly wear techwear type clothes.
Will post this in the Streetwear thread as well.
So I actually ordered a pair of Adidas Superstars in all white. Is there a particular method or product I should be using to clean it? I know its inevitable but it being 100% clean makes it look very slick.

the toe is a bit different tookinda surprised the gustin lows aren't on that image, the design difference between them and real CP's is basically no gold lettering.
btw I really like the Adidas Rod Laver ones on here but good luck finding them, seems they were a limited release two years ago. The regular version is ugly as sinthe "what are the alternatives to CP" question got asked so much on r/malefashionadvice they made an image macro they just copy paste into every weekly thread asking about them

Good to hear but I hope in white doesn't mean no gumsole. For the guys complaining about no killshots earlier
Air Force 1's aren't Air Force 1's without the strap in my opinion. .

Looking for recommendation for good quality dress shirt with a great fit.
watch the killshots 2 come back without the gum sole. WATCH!
Nordstrom's Trim Fit Dress Shirts are top of the class, and you're in luck cuz there's a 40% off sale going on for these bad boys right now
got one, tyI just made a thread about this in OT, take a look if you're interested:
Alpha Industries N-3B Parka is $70 instead of $200 right now
I've had the Epaulet Tennis Trainers since last year and they're really nice. Really supple (*shudder*) leather.
Just snagged a pair of Viberg Service Boots in Black Chromexcel and I'm so stoked about these things. Easily the best footwear I own.
I own a pair of Vibergs and can't wait until I finish my degree so I can afford another pair. Kind of sucks that they're listed in USD on their site, even though they're Canadian, as it makes them even more expensive right now. I live in Victoria where they're made, so I oughta stop by their physical store and see if they have more of a selection of their non-work boots footwear.
do they at least look better in person? otherwise not sure why anyone would botherHeads up bretheren,
The Lemaire Uniqlo high tops run a half size big. They are also horrifically uncomfortable, buy an insert.
They have a polyester like construction. I can't speak for others but I like them because they look like shoes that would be on the Nostromo.do they at least look better in person? otherwise not sure why anyone would bother

I've seen pairs on there for as little as $470 USD brand new. If they start to carry Derby shoes (which will be my next pair) I'm gonna snag them at that price without hesitation.
Wait really? I have a Nordstrom Rack a block from work but I never found anything in there I liked so I stopped going inIf/when you're in the States, stop in a Nordstrom Rack. I see Vibergs in the ~$300 range pretty frequently.

eh, I thought they looked just as bad in person haha. like you put one of those no-slip shoe covers on a normal sneaker. materials were interesting thoughThey look much better in person. The pic doesn't really do the shoes justice, imo. The artificial lighting really takes away from it.

How's the construction? I may buy it later today
If anything, I am curious about how this polyester handles stains. I spilled something brown on one of them, and was able to clean it off with just water...
I got a lot of compliments on them at work today. It is a lightweight shoe, and my experience with Uniqlos shoe construction has been excellent. They just aren't comfortable.
Hmm? I found the exact opposite on my searchI just picked it up to try it out longer instead of going to the store repeated times lol.
I assume you got the white one? Apparently polyester stains are difficult to remove from a quick Google search so I got the black colour (but really did want the white one hmmm)
Try asosFriends, w2c some dark suede chelsea boots that aren't too pointy at the tip or too chunky looking overall? The real challenge: does something like this exist for under $100?
edit: urban outfitters seems to have some that fits the criteria, but no black sadly. The dark brown does look good tho
