Age of empires games and especially Age of Mythology aren't that more difficult than Battle for Middle Earth. Age of Mythology has a cool campaign too.

Alternatively, Dawn of War is also very easy to play.

Just found Warbands: Bushido on sale for $5.24, EA game, fun skirmish ( I think currently mp only, but most fight only takes 10 min. or less. Pretty fun to play with, although currently there are only 3 maps), it has a single player campaign of some sort (dozen mission or so, so so story), fun to mess with. BTW, did I mention this game is fantastic if you like tabletop miniatures board games...

The Steam Link finally got delivered. It was very easy to set up. I didn't have trouble with finding my PC, since my PC is connected with a powerline and the Link directly to the router. It's working wonderful, can hardly notice the input lag when playing games and can finally play co-op games on the big screen. Definitely worth the price!

Well, knocking off shadows and a few other options while keeping distance and higher textures and turning "off" "ignore GPU limits" worked. Shame the cars don't look as good now. But at least the game has a smooth (or near smooth) 60FPS. Not sure why half my VRAM being used means the performance in framerate is all over the place unless I crank it down, though.

Yup, and you get 4 by voting for a total of 6.

Does anyone have recommendations for a must play game? I know it is tough to ask but I am looking for something that is so good that you will want to finish til the end. I finally have free time and was looking for a purchase tonight. Some games that caught my eye:

Hyper Light Drifter
Dying Light
Dark Siders 1 over 2
Axiom Verge
Dead by Daylight
XCOM 2(Not sure if I am in the mood for a strategy game but the plot looks interesting)

Any other suggestions? Thoughts?

Oxenfree has a pretty good story and dialogue system, and it's only about 4 hours long. I enjoyed it. Dead by Daylight requires a lot of time investment, and right now it's pretty buggy, so I'd recommend getting that later once they issue a few more patches. Otherwise, it was fun enough for me to sink in 170 hours into it.

Yeah! After 4 years of starting and then for whatever reason, despite loving the game, stop playing XCOM: Enemy Unknown I've finally finished the campaign. Restarted the game around Christmas and finally pressed through. Now I won't have to feel bad about wanting to pick up XCOM 2 early next year. Though I do wonder if I should get/play Enemy Within DLC first.

Thinking of that or this Starbase Six game.

HLD is probably my personal GOTY, although some of that definitely comes down to taste. The mechanics are tight though, and clearing a difficult room on the 5th try all flashy-like is super satisfying. There is kind of a story but there's no dialogue, if that's your thing.
