Project Spark WAS RELEASED, and The Witness is not an exclusive. Ori has no place in that list as cancelled. Phantom Dust is not exactly cancelled (that version of the game was scrapped, but we're getting it). I get where you come from and I get your point, but if we are going to put lists, at least lest make them right.

Phantom Dust has been cancelled, they're looking to start again, but so far they haven't announced anything. They did not even have a development team attached to it as of 2016. The version that was announced has been cancelled: Link
The list contains games that were announced as console exclusive at E3 2014, that's why The Witness and Ori are on it. Ori was announced for 360, but that version never came out.
