Getting the WiiU version for CEMU. 60fps 4K here we go.

Considering I may never get a Switch, I don't have any other option.
People keep saying this but aren't there like only a few games that you can currently even complete on CEMU? Isn't it still fairly buggy? Just curious what makes people think BOTW is going to be playable on it in any satisfying state.
Does not compute.Getting for Wii U. Unfortunately Switch looks like Nintendo's biggest blunder.
It's still fairly buggy but there's been a lot of legwork in the last few weeks on titles that weren't running. Currently on 1.7.0 but here's a compat list updated through the previous big release 1.6. It's progressing fast, so im sure the top values will begin to shift by the time March arrives. I may not be playing BotW in 4K on day 1, but i'll happily wait a couple of weeks.

YesIs the Wii U version simultaneously launching on March 3rd?
Not seeing a $400 worth of difference here, sadly.
Besides the Wii U pic will be fixed in CEMU.
I would be, until Mario in December (don't care about any of the other announced games so far, or be willing to pay their prices for them).Well, you're not paying $400 just for Zelda, surely, but a whole lineup of games
Or, you shouldn't be!
Man, I actually would love it if the Wii U version turned out to be a better experience. Even more reason to skip the switch this year.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLNYOJ6qXE8
With probably more reports like this one, I think it's a no brainer to get the Wii U version, not getting a console for keeping to pay online, since internet is kinda expensive here anyway.
EDIT: Unless the Switch online features, includes a internet connection that is.
60 fps? No.Getting the WiiU version for CEMU. 60fps 4K here we go.
Interesting. I probably made the right choicehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLNYOJ6qXE8

But when they drop the price of the Switch to $200 during the holidays, then I'm saving money by waiting.
Are people really expecting this? I know that CEMU has been progressing nicely but do we expect Zelda to be smooth and jank free on launch day? Not to mention being able to decrypt the disk?

There's nothing to decrypt, the WiiU has been blown wide open for some time, hell you can install homebrew on the newest firmwire without issue.
They didn't do a good job at assuring you you'd have such a great line up, and after Wii and WiiU, that can't really be just assumed anymore.
Probably won't be very playable on launch day but I'm sure it will be running very well in a couple of months after release, I can wait. Are people really expecting this? I dunno about that. Mario, FE warriors, Xeno 2, the next SMT game.. I feel pretty assured that the library will turn out to be pretty great.

I don't understand the appeal of Odyssey. It looks like any other 3D Mario but now Mario can throw hats.
Not like the uncanny valley. That'd be a start. How it's supposed to look?
