I ended up buying a used copy of Black Ops II for £8 from GAME (never ever bought anything from them ever) just so I can have a few days of fun when/if that ever goes BC. I never bought BO or BOII on 360 (was double dipping on 360 and PC for CoDs for a while and went PC only from Blops to Ghosts)

I don't care of the condition of the disc, so long as it boots enough for the X1 to recognise the game and start the download (assuming it does go BC).

This is wrong, since you HAVE to download the digital version. The disc is just the key.

Is anyone else having problems getting their system to recognize the Lego Indiana Jones disc as installable? I'm on the latest Insider build and am using the disc from the Lego Indy / Kung Fu Panda.

Seriously though, a hard reboot fixed it for me, simply restarting wasn't good enough.

I wonder how close Scorpio can get to 60fps.

For reference on a 360 these games [GTA4 and its expansions] run at 20-40fps so they will be good BC benchmarks.
