I feel they had no idea with what to do with Ganon and just kind of shoe-horned him in because Zelda needs a bad guy named Ganon(dorf).
They are kind of at an end with the character though, take in how Ganondorf has only appeared in 3 mainline games- and he is effectively dead in both of those respective timelines and we will most likely never see him again.
If the reincarnation thing is true, I think Nintendo is retiring Ganon here- they did kind of write themselves into a corner. There's only so many times Ganon can be revived.

Currently trying to get through to Lost Woods, this is infuriating.
That one was tough. The hints are probably the most subtle until you notice it, then it becomes quite signposted.
My favourite challenge so far is the unique island challenge that takes away all of your gear. It's Survival Game Redux.

other than DLC I don't think Nintendo will.
I fear they will wrap up this and then go to make a completely different Zelda like they always have.
Thats why I said get another team if they need to because there is too much potential there to leave it.

or them physically going back disguised and secretly helping their previous selves)(Zelda disguised as Sheik, Link as a knight similar to the Hero's Shade)

The bandana hat which increases climbing speed should have been the standard speed.
I've not seen the end game battle yet but i'm already feeling let down from what i'm hearing.
Also watching streams it's amazing how many people don't realise they are too cold or too hot then blame the game on something stupid.

They explicitly leave the door open to him returning in the ending. Watch it again, he is not dead.
Damn I was hoping they weren't amiibo locked and could be obtained in the game somehow. I only have the Smash Toon Link amiibo. WHY DIDN'T THEY PUT THE BIGGORON SWORD IN WIND WAKER?
How do we know they are locked behind the Amiibo?

Sadly im expecting MM Young Link which is a massive missed opportunity.

I'm driving myself insane trying to solve the riddle for the Ceremonial Song shrine quest in Zora's Domain. Anybody figured that out?

That would be a bummer. FD Link is in need of some merch while Young Link and regular green tunic Links in general get more then enough merchandise love. I'd love an amiibo line of Zelda characters besides the mains too. I wish Hyrule warriors got an amiibo line.

I wanted an Amiibo line for that the second it and Amiibo were revealed.
Even repeats of Link, Zelda and Sheik would be fine because the designs were so great.
At the very least I would love a Mipha Amiibo from this.
I really wonder what TP Link Amiibo will be considering he was already done with Smash Bros,
Hero's Shade could be an interesting Amiibo.
Would at least be nice if he was in one of the alternate armors or swinging the ball & chain or just something other then Link with the master sword again.

You can get the dark link costume inside the game, so i think not every costume will be exclusive. If you use the costume at night, link's speed will increase.

I think the racist overtone thing is you strentching. I don't think the developers were even thinking in that way since in Team Ninja games the black characters are really well shown. Lisa and Zack are very positive characters.

Just a simple yes or no will be fine. The reason I want to know is because the depiction of the hero on the historic tapestry doesn't bear even the slightest resemblance to Link. They're green with long red hair. That character looks like Ganondorf.
And I don't want to play the whole game anticipating a possible twist, which would be cool as fuck to see payoff, if this is not the case.
I would appreciate if somebody could briefly indulge me. I have a bad habit of making guesses of how stories like this go and liking my own version better than the real one. I would prefer not to do that this time.

Team Ninja has nothing to do with Other M's failings. They only helped design the gameplay, which was honestly the only salvageable part of that mess. Don't know how involved they were in level design, tho, since that was trash as well.
To be fair that is a trope. It tends to be less overtly "dark skin is evil", but more like "dark skin is sexy and exotic" and dark skinned women characters tend to wear revealing clothing which goes with "evil is sexy" aspect of character designs (e.g. Cia).
Also, Lisa works for OG!DOATEC/MIST, is super evil and has no personality to speak of (and is also a woman in a DoA game) and Zack is a walking stereotype-cum-creeper-cum-comic relief. I wouldn't immediately call those character positive. Or necessarily negative, I guess. God knows reductionist language like that can paint everything bad, and you can have well written and presented characters with those descriptions but I wouldn't champion those two as "positive".
But I digress.

I found this YouTube channel that has been posting a walkthrough of the game, however the most interesting videos posted were the ones on how to find the Hylian Shield, All Memories, Champion's Tunic, All Great Fairies, and the Climbing Set.

I was legitimately convinced that it'd be impossible to render Ocarina of Time Link without his gloves and stuff looking goofy, Nintendo proved me wrong, shame that you have to buy an Amiibo and can only get one piece per day instead of them being locked away in chests. :| That's seriously a deal breaker as I have no interest in those figures and would prefer finding them in special shrines.

That tunic is straight out of the 90.
The other one is officially the Hylian set, I guess. I agree most of the armor sets look cooler than the Tunic of the Wild, but I think it's a nice callback to the old games. I'll probably wear it with longer trousers, though.
