I can't be the only one who goes out of my way specifically to find new ingredients just to cook new recipes, can I?

Guess it takes a bit of practicing then because he constantly obliterates me with his laser. So far ain't no parrying that for me.
Just hold ZL the whole time so your shield is up and you're locked on to it. Then hit A to perform the parry when the time is right.
The eye will gather energy then flash, parry then.Is there any other cue other than the beep sound? As I am deaf and I can't hear them make that noise as all my focus is on reading the guardian.
MY GOD! I'm in Gerudo Desert and I was on a cliff and I saw some kind of huge thing just walking in the distance! The thing looks so big and like a dinosaur.
Oh and you can do the Divine Beasts in any order right? I'm curious about the Gerudo in this game so that's why I'm going here first. Lol
Lynel's are impossible so far from me. I found one in a high mountain and it wrecked me.

I liked her in the cutscenes but the voice over in the dungeon was bad.Geruda chick is the only one of the core voices I don't mind
I went to the Gerudo valley first as well (out of chance mostly) and man if you're a fan of the Gerudo you're going to have a field day. The NPC model variety in this game is straight up insane.
I still don't know how Gerudo reproduce, though.![]()

Nah, I make a point to try new ingredients I find right away.I can't be the only one who goes out of my way specifically to find new ingredients just to cook new recipes, can I?
Found 60 shrines so far. Want all 120 before I go fight Ganon. This might take a few days.![]()
But what about fighting Gannnon?Ganon is easy. Grind the shrines when your done with Gannon.
Keep in mind distance factors in. The central hyrule tower has three broken down gaurdians around it to get timing down. I guess save scum to keep sheild count up. I tear through sheilds in guardiann fights.Cheers, I will keep that in mind as I have a Major test of shrine left undone as I just couldn't read the Lazor blast.

I mean, don't they? That Zelda DLC thread was insane.I'd like to reiterate that Amiibos are bullshit and Nintendo should justifiably get shit for moving to DLC-style pay-for-content.
But what about fighting Gannnon?
This is the Zelda thread. If you want to talk about Bannon, poligaf is thataway >>>But what about fighting Gannnon?
HOLY FUCK I WAS TALKING TO SOME GUY ON THE ROAD AND HE SUDDENLY TURNED INTO A NINJA AND I DIED
I had a caring relationship with the Hebra region until I spent 3 hours trying to find the To Quomo shrine and resigned to a youtube guide. I hope to never step foot inside those insidious snow peaks ever again.
Took this picture of Link looking at a double rainbow yesterday, got excited as I only saw it out of the corner of my eyes reminds me of the time when I saw one in real life...just without the wall climbing bit.
As for the subject of cooking vs eating raw food, eating raw food is fine at the start of the game or when you want to top up a small amount of health but cooking is the way to go in the long run.
However cooking is such a chore to do in the game as you have to first gather food, find a cooking pot and then guess a cooking recipe just for one healing items.

I, too, died to my first assassin. Good times.HOLY FUCK I WAS TALKING TO SOME GUY ON THE ROAD AND HE SUDDENLY TURNED INTO A NINJA AND I DIED
I think I despise Thunderblight Ganon.
Is there a trick to this fight I'm missing? Because at the moment he just warps up to me and shits on me no matter what I do. Perfect dodging doesn't seem to work, and the parry window's miniscule. In the first phase I just end up wearing his shield down by hitting him a bunch - I have to be doing something wrong.
I got too many mushy final dishes from experimenting that it's just easier to hit it raw.
Minor spoiler about an arrow type and the effect it has in enemies
Does anyone else feel robbedby the ancient arrows? Arrows that kill anything in one hit but takes the loot they would drop with them? I doubt it I'll ever use any of them because the type of enemies (like lynel arg!) that they're needed for are the enemies that drop the best loot! So what's the point? I guess it could get you out of a sticky situation but I doubt I'll ever use them.

All 120 shrines completed.
Now just waiting for that DLC while I do ... whatever else I can do in this game. Honestly just like playing it. And my % is only at like 24%, LOL.
