- I am partial to theis pretty unique I gotta admit.Goron firewalker, but a weird camel
- Yes.
- Yes.
-YES.
- GOD yes.
The dungeon broke my brain: I think it's Majora Stone Tower-tier for me. Boss fight was crazy hard, too. Love it all.
I'm kind of disappointed that the entire lore of ocarina of time and the whole 3 goddesses thing isn't valid anymore.
The difficulty curve is atrocious. It's literally the opposite of what it should be. A game should start easy and gradually get harder as you progress. Not start hard and get easier as you progress. The inventory management was very poorly done. The bosses were awful.
They could even have simply made the act of damaging a boss a puzzle of sorts. Get the player to figure out how to open up the bosses weak point and there's simply a set amount of hits required to beat it regardless of weapon. As for th3 damage a boss can do to a player, yeah, scale it. The bosses were easy bit they also didn't really offer much of anything unique or require much in the way of tactics or problwm solving like past Zelda bosses have. Was there something specific to this game that made it invalid; or are you just talking about the recent general tendency to shove them into the background while Hylia is considered the main divine presence? I'd prefer it if they didn't feature her as heavily in future games, since the Din/Nayru/Farore polytheistic iconography is more distinctive than Hylia as a lone angelic figure.
The bosses suffered enormously from the game's setup - despite it usually not being the most elegant solution, I feel like some form of scaling really was necessary. It's trivial for players to be completely overpowered by the time they reach their first Divine Beast; with the rest even more inevitably anticlimactic, unless they go out of their way to handicap themselves in every possible way. Zelda bosses may not need to be particularly difficult, but there's a difference between providing a gentle obstacle and setting it up so that they pose no resistance at all.
Scaling as simple as being based on how many previous Beasts had been completed and/or the presence of the Master Sword would at least have allowed them to fulfill their function.

Side Quest: A Shady Customer

He wants a photo of kilton or whatever the weird guy with the cool shop is called...I've got one but I'm afraid if I give him the photo that soldier guy will go kill him.
He doesn't does he?
I wish animals wouldn't dissappear so quickly if they're running away. Not the lizards but the bigger ones you want to mount. Double the range would have been nice.
They respawn with a blood moon.

The dificulty curve of Zelda has always been like that, it gets harder with new encounters, then get super easy after armor/hearts/sword upgrade.
This game is no different, the enemy scaling is there so it gets harder, but it does allow the player to get strong whenever they want instead of waiting for a plot point.
I love Hestu's reaction when Link is naked
That's another great thing about this game, lots of NPCs say different things depending on the weather, time of day, what you're wearing, etc.
One time I was standing on the counter in a shop and talked to the owner, he was like "Dude, get the F off the counter like a normal person."
Are people just walking around everywhere to find everything?

The Rito and Zora villages are my favorite.

I did not, I didn't want to scare it off. Plus a few hours worth of snowbowling has made me very rich

I didn't know how effective doing a circular sword cut in grass could be. Just found a fairy in the middle of a field lol. I wish I was aware of this when I was looking for 10 crickets. Would have taken like 5 minutes instead of half an hour scouring a shoreline.
Anyone have any tips for the Yiga Clan Base? These guys a kicking my ass and the window for the sneak attack strike is so small that I constantly get bum rushed in the second area.
Really cool change to the formula in that place but man it can be annoying. Plus they don't allow saves in there lol.

You can only find 3 fairies at a time right?
Been cutting grass all the time, especially when waiting for rain to finish. Keep getting the rice and restless crickets but feels like the fairies cap out.
There might have been a chance for me to get 4 at one point but I missed it, since then I seem to be limited to 3, but maybe it just gets super rare.

I know they respawn after a red moon. At least that has been my experience. I had 5 fairies at one point.
Lakeside stable quest
So while I was exploring here i got this quest from someone in the stable about the lightning and I should find out why it happens so often. I see a dragon with lightning things around him flying in this area too but I wonder what I do here? He doesn't seem to have any corruption on him like Naydra had.
