BvS felt apart after the first two days, right? Again, worth of mouth is playing a big role - The reactions to Guardians are so much better then the reviews.

That it won over Star Trek Beyond is still mystifying.

Only thing that makes any sense as to why it happened was because Beyond kinda flopped, so it had far fewer eyes on it to begin with. A shame, since they nailed the makeup in that film.

Pretty much going the opposite direction of BvS. BvS OD/previews was 25M more and then failed to hold ground.
