I mean, there's the wild speculation that Lars is Transgender based off of comments from the episode where they switched bodies and how Mortified Lars' parents were when they called him Laramy, which is a typically female name iirc.
I suspected this after stuck together. Although in terms of combat what could that fusion even do? Connie has had sword training and Steven can hold his own in combat. I would've loved to see Steven fuse with garnet or pearl already.

There is no way on God's green Earth that they would advertise a reveal that Lars is transgender with the idea that we're "getting to know the real Lars". They are not that tone-deaf.

This is my issue as well, when people try to turn fanfiction into reality. I wouldn't have a problem if it was present in the show itself, but there's been nothing in the series to point to Lars being transgendered. I just think some faucets of fan communities are a little too obsessed wit fanfictioning stuff, the series is all about different kinds of love and people and Lars presents an issue that he has a hard time loving himself. I'm actually a bit insulted the implication would be the only reason Lars would have issues loving himself is because he's transgendered, as if that's the only way someone would be self-conscious about themselves.
I think there's a certain type of toxicity which can form sometimes by 'my fanfiction is real' mentality.
I will happily eat crow I just don't see anything to suggest he is, these feelings Lars is going through don't have to have a huge twist and you find out hes transgender, like how they handled *Here comes a thought*.

if they're trying to escape Homeworld, an evasive fusion would be just what they need
.
Speaking of which, how're the
Diamonds going to handle Rose Quartz escaping? They'll know to look on Earth, & are unlikely to use the "the Cluster'll just go off anyway" excuse again that they seem to have used for the Crystal Gems (Since Aquamarine stated they were made aware of Garnet, Amethyst, & Pearl's presence through Peridot's report.
Something tells me this arc is going to end in status quo-altering way, be it shattered/corrupted Diamonds, staying on Homeworld, or something else that'll completely change the course for Season 5
I just realized something - the Big Donut training video song may not be on the album because Sinbad was a part of it, and his role as Mr. Smiley got taken over by Colton Dunn, for whatever reason. In spite of What's The Use Of Feeling Blue requiring Patti freakin' LuPone's authorization, I'd imagine it being such a formal song meant they got whatever legal rights they needed for it a long time ago, so it could be a mix of not being able to reach him in time for the album launch as well as the fact that it was more of a VA thing than a musical number outright.
That "the real Lars" comment almost certainly means Stars. I refuse to expect the fusion will be named anything else at this point.
Running, maybe? I mean,

Is Zuke still running this account, or did they turn it over?
It feels like a meta-commentary about the lack of Peridot this season, though. Like she hasn't been appearing because she simply forgot about all the non-Lapis-or-her characters.
Have you guys considered that maybe Lars is actually Pink Diamond? It would make a lot of sense and I have a theory or two about how it might have happened...
So cool. I really like the "older" gems we've seen. I don't know if they "really" are old, but the ones that "look", "behave", and "sound" like an older person would: YD, BD, Holly Blue, Jasper, and the new gem in the promo.
Still holding out for White Diamond
Any guesses on which song of the soundtrack will be most successful? Gotta be Here Comes A Thought, right?
I think it's safe to assume that's her gem. A long time ago someone (possibly Sugar?) said that Gems thought the concept of humans wearing jewelry was weird, if not necessarily offensive. Then again, this is Era 2 homeworld, so who knows.
Been thinking and it's seriously strange that Steven suddenly became a better fighter than/is on par with Amethyst when she was basically made for fighting and has hundreds of years of experience.
So the first two minutes and a few screens for the fourth episodes, Lars' Head, have popped up online. It implicates something major happened in the previous episode...

Well, she was made for fighting, but she came out after the war had ended. Her battles would have mostly been against corrupted gem monsters. So she basically spent thousands of years being lazy, fun Amethyst.
So that means Lion is just that: a lion that Rose brought back from the dead. So the process turns them pink, and at least in Lion's case, gave him powers. I wonder if Lars will get abilities from this as well. This may also nip the speculated fusion between Lars and Steven theory in the bud
great, now I have to avoid youtube for the next week cause of their stupid recommended videos showing giant spoilers in the thumbnail. Is there any way to turn off ALL recommended videos that arent subscriptions?
So you know that "storyboard leak" from a while back that showed Steven apparently cradling someone whose face was obscured by an emoji and it had a caption of "lol guess which main character died"? I guess that may have been legit...
