People hate him? Stuckmann seems like a genuinely good guy and I respect his reviews. Don't always need to read a review from some highly educated writer critic. You cherry picked those quotes pretty bad

Critics and general filmgoers are aligning pretty well this year so far. 8 of the current Domestic Top 10 were "fresh" on Rotten Tomatoes. The exceptions being The Boss Baby and 50 Shades Darker.
That should hold for a bit when Pirates and Wonder Woman bump out 50 Shades and Split.

I cannot condone Ant Man slander. That movie was fun as he'll. Do I feel the need to rewatch it constantly? No, but I like it on occasion if I want something lighthearted and well done.

Terrible dialogue, terrible acting, awful villain... Sigh. I just don't get it. It's much worse than Spider-Man 3, Thor 2, and Iron Man 2.
Edit: I haven't seen any of the DCEU yet but that will likely change next week.

He had to wait until the embargo lifted before he could start writing his review, so we probably have a few days until that is out.
Now all that's left is to see how it does financially.
On the one hand, the bad rep of the DCEU might drive folks away. Look at how much trepediation folks on Gaf have been showing. Not to mention that it has some stiff competition in the coming weeks.
On the other, I think the public is starving for a good, women centric action movie. The last one we had was, what, Hunger Games? And given that superhero films are the genre in hollywood blockbuster sub-category right now, the pump might be primed for Wonder Woman to shock the world.
It'll be interesting to see either way.
