Brolly most likely existed but they've never met him.
She is literally a direct copypaste of Broly, appearance, lines, moves, all of it.

It's a shounen anime, so I'mma need concrete confirmation, but obviously at this point one could see them as such.

She's a Broly clone, no one can argue that. But I think there's enough interesting about her that can separate her from a Broly clone in the future.
There was no way to calm Broly down in the movie. And he wasn't triggered for a stupid reason like a baby crying. I think jealousy is more interesting of a trigger.
I'd call the way Caulifla became SSJ2 more boring. Nothing pushed her to SSJ2, she just said "fuck it, nothing else to do so might as well go SSJ2."

The twist is
she finds a real Saiyan man in Goku but is disappointed that he's already married and has to settle. That pic of the two a few pages back is foreshadowing. 
I honestly wouldn't be shocked if
all the doomed universes get moved to the winning universe (7?) to allow more adventures to come.

I really enjoyed that episode, really nice direction, Manabe's Kale action was awesome and the back and forth between Freeza and Goku was perfect.

Idk it would be incredibly dumb to have him get super saiyan pretty easily only to fall down to irrelevance the next arc he's in but than again the character in my tag so..meh

I think he's just SSJ, and that's it. His base from what we've seen is pretty strong, so SSJ isn't bad for him.

Her voice actress is Yukana who's been around for a good while now.
She's been: Isane Kotetsu in Bleach, Ceclia Alcott in Infinite Stratos, Kazehana in Sekirei, CC in Code Geass among a great deal of others.
