If you decide to do meet her, my advice is to not lie or have any excuses about it. I would just play it off as "Hi my name is ____. Look, I was a moron for not doing this at the airport but I would really love to get your name and have lunch with you to get to know you more" or something to that effect. Own up since its easier to tell the truth and If she does agrees sgree going out with you. Lastly, from your story it seems like you already hit it off so just be yourself.

Yeah, I figured as much, but I question the chances she would actually go to the same place for lunch. It's worth a try, but I was asking if she works at a place that OP could just walk into, like a restaurant or something.

Well, I don't see them all the time. We are literally in from all over the country. My itenerary I just grabbed just says lunch so...I think we are on our own. I'll go to lunch and try to bump into her. Lol.
