well... in a show where they don't care about showing death, they certainly did their best not doing it for the waif

so in my mind they did it for a reason

the thing that bothers me is arya was injured... yet back in the hall of faces she was walking perfectly

Aside from that obviously being the waif's face, the hair doesn't have a head getting in the way in the back.

the conversation "arya" has with the faceless man is also very confusing

Arya: You told her to kill me
Jaqen: but there she is and there you are. finally a girl is no one.

Makes no sense when Arya would have killed the waif with HER SWORD, after she failed again and was warned she would not be given another opportunity.

if it was the waif, the conversation makes perfect sense. she would be pretending to be arya, living in her skin, holding her sword.

also the mistake we have all been making is assuming the waif was not wearing a face of her own the whole time
 
Waif is gone and this Arya knows too much about her home. Its just Arya. I'm rather positive about it. Waif was a plot device to ascend Arya, its done.

Sansa isn't stupid. She deliberately sends Brienne away and constantly stresses she doesn't trust LF and knows exactly what he's plotting.. It seems Sansa knows full well what shes doing and to be honest she hasn't shown to be a dumb character throughout the show. She is a good match for LF. She justs needs the Vale, thats the only reason that guy is still walking.

Arya gave the dagger to Sansa, this isn't without reason. It could be that Arya is more straightforward and actually isn't part of some plot, but she can sense lies. And she could've used a mask to break in. She also dispatched of the Freys in a rather unique manner.
 
The Arya/Faceless Men stuff is the most disappointing part of GoT so far. Was hoping until the end it would get good and justify itself.

Why does the waif make up her fake face all bloody to put on display for Jaqen if he knows who she is? Why does the waif go kill Walder and the rest of the Freys because the North Remembers?

Jaqen wouldn't know that Arya killed the waif with Needle anyways. The more logical explanation is that they cut the scene when the candle was cut because it was cool, Arya beat the waif in the darkness because she spent that time blind and the waif didn't, and Jaqen was being all cryptic and weird like Jaqen does and Arya just peaced out back home.

Definitely. Losing her kids has given her less to lose and heightened her ruthlessness. Still, there's nothing to suggest it stripped her of any & all rationality.

I'd say allowing the person who revealed your biggest, most dangerous secret to the world, almost tearing down your entire House in the process to live period is a big deal. An irrationally evil cunt would've killed Ned outright and worried about the consequences later -- which is exactly what an actual irrationally evil cunt did do.

She could've have slipped something in his drink during their many wine sessions, or hired someone to have him killed(again, which is what Joffrey did). Even after he had Myrcella sent away she struck back in a way that didn't jeopardize the defense of the city.

And why did it end in everyone getting blown up? The Sept bombing doesn't happen if Margaery didn't ruin the Tyrell/Lannister plan(which Cersei facilitated) to take down the Sparrows by force by playing her own game. Margaery delivered Tommen to the High Sparrow who used his new found royal authority to send Jaime away, strip Cersei of her trial by combat right, and have her stand trial in the ways of old. The Sept bombing was literally a desperate last resort.

the mistake you're making is assuming that's the waif's face. it could be anyone. hair does not line up.

arya had needle when she was in the hall of faces... when she says "I am arya stark of winterfell and I am going home". we think it's cool she's sticking to the maaaannn and saying fuck it. but in reality it's the waif... being truly no one.

But you're saying the waif's face that we always see is just another mask being worn by the actual waif. She kills Arya and swaps that face out for Arya's fresh face. Right? And Jaqen knows this is the waif wearing Arya's face. So why did the waif bother bloodying up her original mask? She's not fooling anyone by doing that because Jaqen knows it's not her actual face and that she's the waif wearing Arya's face.

"If" the waif is pretending to be Arya, what is her end game? Also she would not be able to fool Bran. Hell if Arya is really the waif then Jaqen H'ghar must be Syrio Forel right? I mean we did not see him die.

When she arrived in Winterfell she went straight to the crypt, where Sansa finds her immediately because she knows her sister. Arya mentions how Rob's (or was it Ned's?) statue doesn't look like him, Sansa asserting that no one knows his face except for them.

The Waif wouldn't know where the crypt is, wouldn't have any reason to go there (Aria liked playing there iirc), wouldn't know whether the statue resemble their dead relative and wouldn't make such observation.

The Waif is dead and Arya is home. Get over it.

Because unlike Bran(or even Rickon,) Jon was never even hinted to have "the sight" or any other related abilities. Because what, his human body died and he's just Ghost now? How does he get back? Even the actual warg the Wildlings had couldn't exactly warg back into his dead body or anything. Etc... Etc..

It's an incredibly dumb theory based on nothing but a single shot from the last episode where the gem eyes in the pommel of Longclaw catch the light weird and appear to change colors.

Here's another hint... in the fight between Brienne and Arya, Brienne asks who taught her how to do that... she said no one.

Except that's not true. The Waif was who was teaching her how to fight. She was not No One. Unless of course she's referring to herself in the third person because she is now no one. (The Waif)

The game of faces is always being played. If you're caught in a lie, you're not who you are trying to be. You mix lies with truths. So the inconsistencies with conversations between Arya and Sansa could also be another clue. The complete who cares shit with hot pie.

I think the face on the wall may be Lady Crane's. Waif kills Arya, takes Crane's face to Hall of Faces therefore completing Arya's mission... and ultimately becoming Arya. No One.

The biggest hint is actually from the episode that just aired. Littlefinger asked Sansa if she knew what Arya was thinking and she responded: "I don't know what she thinks, I don't know her anymore". Now this is really important. She doesn't know her. It's not Arya. It's the waif.

ehhhh, I think this is a case of the fans being smarter than the show writers. There's definitely something up with the dagger making its way back into Arya's hands, but the double twist seems a little too clever for what we've been getting fed.
