PS+ carries over between accounts, right? It's $15 for 3 months of Taiwanese PS+, and I was hoping I could use that to play Marvel with my US account.

As long as that Taiwanese account has that PS4 set as your primary/home system.

Universal Launcher is just another name for DLC bois
DLC treatment for veterans is going to be so weird. There's just so many of them, that I can't foresee that many DLC packs. I'm pretty confident that at least one of those three will make a return though.
Edit: I suppose an Ultimate-like expansion could do it.

In all the years of gaming, I think this fall might be the one where I buy the most games, which is crazy to me. AAA titles really bringing it this fall.

Nah on the website it only lists GameStop and Best Buy. Amazon is probably still upset about he sfv bomba. They were selling that CE for $60 close to launch.

Akuma and Vergil have never been playable in the standard launch version of a game before. They make sense as DLC.
I know Wesker is kinda the same in RE, but he was a starting character in MvC3 so I guess he's DQd from that rule.

Akuma was in the base roster of MvC2 and 3 and not to mention Cyber Akuma in the older games as more reason for him to be a legacy character.

The only crossover games I recall Akuma being a hidden character in is X-Men: Children of the Atom and Capcom Vs SNK.

Does this game has a tutorial mode for people new to the series?
It might, albeit under Mission Mode.
They make sense as DLC because they are popular and Capcom is being utterly shameless with this game.

I thought it was straight out confirmed by a journalist or capcom rep. They would have some kind of tutorial for players to learn how to play the game and learn how to use team syngery.

Now CYBER Akuma on the other hand... that would be a kick ass dlc character. Great nod to the past while also being distinct from Ryu.
actually thinking about it, it's really a missed opportunity to have the Ultron-Sigma story and not having Cyber-Akuma as a sub boss character.

Akuma was unlockable or secret in every vanilla fighting game he's appeared in, so he still fits into that rule.
I'm not saying it's fair to charge $6 for him, mind you, just that him not being a normal character is tradition. If he came as a free or really cheap DLC character in the future (or was completely redone as Cyber like the other guy said), then that'd be ideal.

didnt someone make a "MvCI has 8 stages thread" and then like 2 hours later we saw it was 10 stages, and then a few hours later than that, 12 stages?
