I have no clue how the trading thing works, so yeah Bladelaw if you want to set up a trade for one of these furs and then trade it to Aesnath that's cool, just let me know what I have to do.

Well the pixel evos extend further than just FF monsters, and pixelits themselves will appear as a rare spawn in mythlits even after the end of the collab.
Not sure if it was a glitch, but in JP you could get multiple pixelits by repeatedly running the FF white challenge dungeons, even after first clear.

Double 7c rules the meta in JP right now. You see single subs deal 20m and just kind of sigh at such pathetic damage output.
I'm ok with this honestly because building big combos is the way this game is best played and they haven't been able to make combo leads viable compared to crosses and all these other newfangled whatevers. The PROBLEM tho is that I don't have any of these elite 7c subs so I can't do shiiiiit.

Pixel Cloud is the best of the new pixel ults so yeah
Answered my own question with Pixel Cloud. Confirmed it takes Yog's absurd strength for the 1 shot on azathoth.
For the Yog-less the next best use is wrecking radar dragons. For a "should I pixel this?" Here's my thought process:
Lightning - Most SB with a pixel ult. Worth it if you have a dupe but I prefer her normal ult for rainbow utility.
Yuna - if you have 3 then it's probably worth it. Double SBR + Team RCV and TE on a pixel is welcome but her normal ult is ridiculous both as a lead and sub.
Cloud - Only pixel with a relevant killer absolutely worth making over the normal. An argument can be made to avoid his normal ult given his utility in Cosmic Trinity.
Tifa - She's a tough call, probably the hardest choice. You give up two rows and two TE for Pixel and team HP which is a pretty decent compromise. This active is great on Ameno, yog, Yuna, Sakuya/tachibana, but her normal active is too. Make if you have dupes or need a light card with the pixel awakening. I'm keeping mine normal because I like the TE + shield but I couldn't fault anyone for going pixel. She pairs with pixel cloud for a 2/70/2 team on a 7x6 board too.
Sephiroth - Pixel is better as an inherit and when you need to kill a machine with damage null (can't think of any obnoxious ones where you'd need the killer though). Normal form is a better sub in most cases though (more killers, 7c). Make a dupe pixel but keep one normal unless you only play dark rows.
Noctis - love his ult's lead play style, but if you need an active to flood the board with Dark, Pixel Noctis is probably the best one we get in one active. Can also be used as a strong lead with ichigo/saito and the team RCV awakening makes it even easier to stall (unless you have less than 4 hearts...)

-Light Pixel: I don't like it, worse stats, active + combo is ok, awakenings are again, ok but in most cases I'd rather have the normal paladin cecil vs this one. If you have extra cecils and no other big ticket light pixel option he works.
-Dark Pixel: Much better IMO. Board unlock then board change has plenty of applications, stats are matched with normal paladin cecil so he has tons of HP, same awakenings as light pixel, If you don't need DK Cecil's dark resist then I'd make this.
Y'shtola: You're giving up follow up attack and unbindability for the pixel awakening and a better active and the pixel. I'd still do it if you have dupes or play a lot of Meridionalis(and can make up the SBR). Lakshmi can also probably make use of her. If you have better blue FUA cards (skuld/amatsu) or if you only need her active this is a safe move.
5* and below: almost all of them are better used as inherits or placeholder pixels to get past annoyances (dmeta tama, Revo Zeal, etc). You're not 1 shotting a radar with any of these barring killer latents and a big burst. Their normal forms are (exceptions below) worse than their pixel evos so go for it IMO.
Zidane is a standout as his pixel evo's active is light years better than his normal one (if it was light-->dark it'd probably make Ruel more relevant too).
Only 5*'s I wouldn't pixel my only one are:
- Bartz if you use him as a sub and don't need a green card with the pixel awakening, his normal form has better awakenings (unless you need rows) but a slightly worse active.
- Rinoa, her normal active is a rare 4 turn bind clear + heal + haste and her normal form has better awakenings. If you need a blue unlock and don't mind losing the bind clear go pixel, her pixel's skill is super useful vs Diadem.
-Shantotto, keep her normal only if you meme with her and Cameo for a silly large burst.
Special note: Vivi has a 10x multiplier attached to his counterattack. I'm not sure if this is useful but maybe on a resolve team vs a single big ass hit? I don't know but it could be fun to poke around with as a weird inherit choice.

Revo Anubis has be out for quite a while now and we are finally getting to the point where his damage is not completely excessive. I mean it took the main attribute damage from TWO cards to kill the boss instead of falling over from the sub attribute damage of one.
Crazy how anubi and diablos can just steamroll over some of these
Ive been stuck on challenge 2 since yesterday
Used all the big guns i had and still couldnt get past floor 5
Finally tried anubis+diablos with my last 50 stamina(didnt use him cuz no gunma or diaochan)
Turned into a complete cakewalk

Bhunter is a bad idea, Goemon has a 10 turn water absorb. Any team that can fit Sheena on it will do well though. Sheena has 9x vs MGoemon in addition to whatever lead multiplier is up.
Your options are bring a Follow Up Attack to break his resolve, control damage to drop him under resolve, or grav him below resolve before killing him.
Any team you put together should probably cover these things:
- way to handle resolve
- Not blue or way to get past blue damage absorb (Wedding Persephone)
- Way to handle a big ass pre-emptive
- can fit Sheena (or any physical + Machine killer like Sheena, Aten, or Sanosuke)
- can do lots of damage.
DMeta can do it I'm sure.

I managed to hit up the 3p FF dungeon. Like the MH dungeon there's a shitload of HP to deal with. Mito makes the first two floors a laugh. The last floor is a bit of an endurance match (fitting). I wouldn't bother farming it for skill ups unless someone has a pixel team that can quickly deal with Yiazmat. I'm not committing killers to cloud/sephiroth yet. I really wish DMeta could use pixel seph, noctis, or Cecil.
EDIT: I got it. Ichigo, Pixel Seph (3x dragon or god killers), Tengu(Carat), Whaledor(Zuoh/romia/MeiMei or Haku), Tengu (Panda or Akechi if your board is Haku), Saito
If the board gives you at least 6 off color orbs you're good to go. For the clincher Saito can inherit a short cooldown orb maker to cover a bad board.
EDIT 2: I just noticed Yiazmat doesn't have dark resist, the killer latents aren't necessary. a carry team can be two ALB teams (revo would be better) with mito subs to take out floor 1 and 2 and the ichigo team handles floor 3. the no skyfall keeps you from tripping his light absorb too.
The real question is why I spent 2 hours theory crafting this when Yiazmat isn't a great thing to be farming and the skill ups are easier to obtain during 2x drops for a fraction of the stamina...
EDIT 3: of course two seconds after I post this Mantastic has a vid up showing pixel seph x pixel seph using a full dark board + bmyr to make the box. *facepalm*

A diamond egg came out for my alt! A... blank diamond egg. An egg with missing artwork. Anyways, according to the texts it's Balthier. Apparently he pairs okay with Diablos. Is that all that's worth mentioning about him?

I went and pixeled a bunch of FF cards to play around with both Azathoth and guerilla Radar dragon kill shots. I tested a bit in endless and I wasn't able to get a team that was ready to go turn 1 but it was close enough that it might be worth it. If the mid month GF is kind and gives me Yog or Ameno it would be a lot easier to run with. I have a few variants because some radars are a pain in the ass. This isn't A3 viable and might need to be carried through a few 3p UDR floors but it's capable of 1 shotting the Cosmic horrors:
3p UDR: Ameno/Arondight, Tengu (Apollou the light wisedragon), Amatsu(Lakechi), Pixel Cloud (3x Devil killers and Ilm inherit), Whaledor(Wee Jas inherit), Ameno

Biggest news: Sumire assist grants SBR. I'm super curious how this all works out in practice.
As I understand it, an equip evo is irreversible, grants their awakenings and skill to the equipped monster, but everything else is the same for normal assists (same color stat transference, +297 bonus, etc). It'll be interesting to see what doors this opens.

Yuna is definitely better in UEvo form in almost every circumstance, unless you have a bunch of dupes. Cecil is a tough call. I like Pixel Dark for his active and stats which make him a great inherit. Pixel Light can accept dragon killer latents making him a good choice to one shot radar dragons. His normal Dark and light forms are useful if you prefer TPA to rows and don't mind losing the VDP awakening. Also Dark Knight Cecil's resist dark awakenings have been pretty clutch on some teams I run.
I'm guessing this is more of a way to provide utility to a lot of common GFE pulls. I have 6 sumires and 4 grodins. I don't need that many and I'm not selling them till I need the MP. The junk orb resists from the ninjas and the SBR from Sumire can help make 60-80% to 100% and that can be huge.
The only thing I don't like about the system is that it's irreversible.

It's pretty telling that all the equipment so far are on older monsters, which you're likely to have dupes of. Gives you a reason to hang on to spares instead of mulching them into MP.

I think that they have just run out of room in the general REM. 6* take up less space than 5*, so they have been doing that.
Although it does seem stupid that most everything is coming out at 6* now. I can't remember the last time a useful 5* was created. Something like the Wisdom Kings maybe? Ronove for the GFE?
I'm impatiently waiting word on the coming GF. I really would like to roll Amenominakanushi or Yog. I'm sitting on great teams for both. Arondight is an OK pairing but the extra HP doesn't buy me any more survivability against things that matter and the smaller damage keeps me from one shotting things via VDP. Yog is boring but opens up some nice opportunities. I'd like to play pixel seph more but no one keeps him up. Right now my friend's list is Dath, Yog, Anubis, and Ameno.
I'm looking forward to the Machine Rush dungeon tomorrow. Anyone have any team ideas? I've been messing with my Ameno lately. Pretty good, but is it better than Aizen? They seem very similar other than you can take advantage of rows with Ameno. Should I focus on a team? Will it get through more content than Aizen? I haven't been paying attention to the meta lately.

You can take advantage of the vdp Awakening while still getting his max multiplyer. I've been looking at all my potential row teams for good pixel fits but I keep going back to amenominakanushi. Probably my most wanted card now.
Yeah I have to put together a team. Will need to farm shynpys for indra and some other inherits I'll need. It seems I'll also need to put 3 Dragon killer latents on whatever pixel I use. So it will take a bit of time, but i don't have a good a3 team and this looks to fix that.
Also, I already turned Cecil into dark pixel... But I'm going to pull a few times on Yuna day, so maybe I'll get an alternative. I really like his active as dark pixel.
