Well, I'm headed into Florida for vacation. Hope the storm doesn't swing west!

Made it to 243 before leaving. Brought the console but not sure how much I'll get to play. Looking forward to watching DGAF raid impressions.

This game is a triumph so far for Bungie and I've already had so many great moments with friends. So excited for the weeks, months, and years to come.

Yeah, they definately need to scale the xp needed to rank up per week. Atm, it's trivial for large/capped clans and simply impossible for smaller clans cos of the weekly cap.

imo PC should get one of its own OT so people going in fresh don't get spoilers from console people who are 1.5 months in.

Agree. I think PC should get it's own OT for the month it's allowed in gaming side... Then after that month all platforms use the same OT in community

They cap at 265, 270 if the item has a mod on it.

I think it's a scaling limit at a variable small number below your total max light. All my vendors are at 267 now. Blues are also dropping at 267 for me. My max light is 274.

I think it scales to a point where you can't make significant progress by vendor engrams by the time you're in the 270's.

Finished the campaign so thought I'd pick up the collector's guide. It's really nice – you get a random one of the classes on the cover under the dust jacket, mine was the Warlock (love that helmet). The reverse of the jacket has the ceremonial artwork on it as well.

Downsampling is legit. I had the pro hooked to my 1080p monitor and old ps4 on my 4k tv.

You got an exotic weapon ornament (skin). Bright engrams won't contain weapons.

Crucible modes and individual Strikes are gone now. All clumped into black box playlists.

You dont get weapons or armor from bright engrams so the engrams have no power value. Just open whenever

Ideally you should wait until you are at 259+. That way getting to 264+ will be a cake walk. End game starts at 265.
