Depends on your country. In USA rendered or animated or rendered depictions are borderline, and in UK and Germany they are classed CP as far as I know. Sure, it's not the kind where actual kids are sodomised, but that's not the definition of CP in many countries.

I might be wrong but I do believe there are some states in the U.S that have state laws for this sort of thing where rendered pictures are illegal. Some states and counties will prosecute and use it as dirt.
It's just those cases slip under the radar and rarely get national media attention or even local news attention. The

Again, my thought was if it was from a licensed character model of Emma Watson ripped from a Harry Potter PS3 game.
For example, if someone took Lebron James character model from NBA2k19 or whatever and ripped it and animated it to him sucking off Steph Curry. Then the video gets posted on Bleacher Report. I would bet he would probably sue the website for distributing and promoting the image.

Hentai isn't and will never be CP. Yes, it's illegal in Germany, but so are a lot of things that shouldn't be, like swastikas and holocaust denial. American law is good and true and all other countries' laws are fake and gay, as such American law is commonly considered the de facto law of the internet.
