Never heard this before, now having a look through the album. Thank you - I always appreciate finding new (to me) awesome music. Seriously that shit's gonna be stuck in my head for days.

In unrelated news: I fucking love this place. I'm so glad I finally found a home on the internet. EviLore EviLore you've done a damn good thing here, as I've said before it's fucking hard running a forum and it attracts enormous amounts of hassle that I no longer have the stomach for - you've got balls the size of king kong.

And you owe me $20 for a bottle of eyebleach. All i wanted to do was post a picture and some wiseass joke. That's it. Easy in and out on this thread I don't understand. Metahuh? Gaf on gaf sounds like a porn title. So i duckduckgo'd 'ball elephantitis' with safe search off. Yeah, I'm that dumb.

So.... without further ado. NSFW you miscreants:

Evilore vs Reeee:

Evilore and his milkcrate bring all the gafs to the yard:

But those are just two images i saw in a raging ocean of nightmare sauce.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack balls on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched 100 pound balls glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like… tears in rain. Time to die.

Oh why did I click?

Can I just say that I hate posters who only come here to engage with politics and not games. Just don't get that at all.

Edit: Actually, 'hate' is a strong word. Mildly shake my virtual head towards will do.

Based on the quality of posting we get from those Politics-only or Politics-mostly GAFers, Gaming side isn't missing anything.
Then again, your posts on gaming side are a magnitude better than your posts on politics and I would call you one of the most valuable posters in gaming.

I'm not super-familiar with his politics posts, but seeing as he got a heart reaction out of me yesterday, for a fantastically well-thought-out one, I tend to think both types of his posts are really good.

People don't generally stop being themselves, just because of a change of subject.

I could be wrong, but I think the disparity for you is likely down to 'Things I want to hear', versus 'Things I don't', and this seems a little unnecessarily rude.

No the difference is that he is a lot more aggressive in political threads than in gaming threads and, as a thread creator, has much more well-rounded threads on the gaming side. In fact, DDDP has a terrible taste in action-adventures and celebrates the likely end of one of my favourite game series (3D Zelda as a puzzle-oriented action-adventure series), I am pretty sure this is not something I want to read. But he does it in well thought-out, well-reasoned way I just happen to completely disagree with. This is not to say he never makes good postings on politics, but his postings on the gaming side are much better on average in my opinion. I do not think my posting you are referring to is rude at all, in fact, I called him one of the best posters on the gaming side. It was not primarily meant as a slight of his conduct in politics, but just a statement that people who may be active in politics and whose postings there you might not regard well, may still be valuable posters in gaming if they ever decide to post there (more regularly).

Let's be fair, politics is an issue we could easily find faults in others about. It's an emotional subject where the slightest discrepancies will stand out more than in the gaming section.

I kind of Hope era doesn't die. Because all the guys will end up coming back here, and then GAF will be eaten from the inside out.

I take politics side a magnitude less seriously than I do the gaming side, so I guess that tracks. 🤷‍♀️
I find your posts consistent in tone and substance.
I would argue that your reputation, and the reputation of your critics is well earned.

I'd also add that having spent over 15 years working in the games industry (and a fair few out of it now) and 0 years working in politics, I give people a lot more benefit of doubt in Politics than I do in Games. :messenger_blowing_kiss:

Keep them there. Don't need them in the gaming section bruv

The new New for Speed is rad, guys. As woke as a racing game could be, but still a great game. Pew pew pew.

It sometimes blows my mind that Need for Speed games are still being produced, yet no Burnout games ever came out after Paradise.

Really? I played it, didn't notice anything so far

It's generally subtle, and done well as far as these things go. Like, if i listed it all, even i would feel like i was stretching at times. Though one specific scene at the end of the game makes it about as clear as day it was intentional. Still, overall, subtle and like i said, it's a plot thin racing game so there isn't much of it. Great game either way.

Because the Burnout people made NfS and NfS was the bigger franchise (unfortunately), but we did get Dangerous Driving :).

But why is it bigger? Burnout games are near perfection, NFS has been so many different things since it's origin on PS1, and only a handful have been stellar. I stopped following it years ago because it was clear it had just become a brand, like when the movie came out. It's just so perfectly clown world that a garbage brand carries itself for like 25 years just because it's a brand, and Burnout gets left on the roadside to die.

I forgot about that low rent Burnout game, is that out yet?

It is and is supposedly very close to Burnout 3. I am just waiting until I have an Xbox 4, because framerate on Xbox One is a mess and I won't buy an X just for one game.

Because NfS is more about the tuning culture and car porn rather than brilliant arcade racing game play and people, unfortunately, seem to care more about the former than the latter.

They could do that shit with a Burnout game too, but omg BRAND NAME. Look I just want more Burnout.

The trouble with Yoshi Yoshi is that he lets disagreeing with someone cloud his judgement on the quality of the post.

Sorry I should have clarified, I meant politically.
It is still wrong and I would like to see some examples where I complained about the quality of well-reasoned political postings just because I disagreed with them.

That really should be behind a spoiler tag so people don't spit coffee over their keyboards.

I kind of Hope era doesn't die. Because all the guys will end up coming back here, and then GAF will be eaten from the inside out.

That depends entirely on the direction of the ownership and appointed moderators, and I doubt Evilore would be down for cultivating that kind of environment ever again.

Was finna like this post until the edit 😒

Paging DunDunDunpachi DunDunDunpachi . What'd you say about Zelda?

Maybe, still seems pretty rude to not respond to someone asking you a specific question though.
Maybe they're not around then unless they've been posting in other threads after the question ooorrrrrr they simply don't wanna answer

Breath of the Wild is my favorite Zelda. Even though I have played since LoZ on NES, I have mostly been an outsider to the series. Link's Awakening, followed by Twilight Princess, were my two fav. Zeldas prior to BotW coming along.

I don't like "puzZelda", the style of Zelda where puzzle-solving and NPC interaction take center stage while combat and exploration are side-dressing. I prefer Zelda that focuses on combat with some puzzles on the side, which means I genuinely don't like a lot of the games in the series. I would say that Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is my favorite "puzZelda" because the puzzles actually made clever use of the hardware, not just the same old "shoot arrow into obvious eye" telegraphed riddles.

So yeah, BotW is my favorite, followed by Phantom Hourglass, Twilight Princess, and Link's Awakening in no particular order.

Just saying it's weird how often the calls go unanswered in this thread specifically.

For DunDun? It's only been 10 minutes.

No not him, talking about others. I recall a few that Tesseract made that were not responded to, Matt paged JordanN the other day, no response, Brap asked someone a question today, not expecting a response, etc. Maybe I'm just bored and looking for things to complain about.

Jordan😂😂😂😂? He's only here for the drama and to keep bitching about era. Don't expect anything else

I guess you don't like Zelda then zoomer. Horizon Zero Dawn, The Forest and Ark Survival Evolved aren't Zelda games.
Listen here, kid, I'll take a moment to explain my superior gaming tastes to a spiritual boomer such as yourself (cucked!)

this is me irl. I will have you know that i prefer only the best things in life, the best shmups, the best open-world games, the best Zelda games, the best Wii games.

I do not like any of those three games you listed. Why? Because they are time-wasting games. The core mechanics are not satisfying on their own merits, they're just the tools you have to use while you play tourist and sight-see through the open world.

If the mechanics aren't up to my standard, I drop the open-world game after trying it out.

For instance, I dropped the Witcher 3. Why?

Because I played Minecraft instead.

That is why you cannot understand my taste in Zelda games, because your taste is inferior to mine. I won't even tip a phony fedora in your direction.

Hmm...fair enough.

*puts gun back in waistband*
