Are you overweight?

No and whilst we're discussing weight, BMI is bullshit. Bodyfat percentage is what people should focus on.

185cm
83kg
8.8% bodyfat.

(Pre-Christmas).

Some of the hottest women have big titties.

Some would say that big titties are fat, and that fat is bad.

If big titties are bad, then there's no more good in this world.

idk about overweight but i'm 6'2 and about 10 pounds above the upper limit of the average bmi. my body simply stops at 200 no matter what i do diet, jogging whatever so i can lose 5 pounds but then after that it just halts and is like fuck you, you cant go lower.

Keep in mind obese with a higher muscle than fat ratio is more dangerous than the reverse.

If you're Obese it's not likely you're eating that's the problem, it's the food. Food that's no expensive to buy has become so dangerous and garbage that you can be skinny and just buying boxed $1 garbage to throw in a microwave and after 3 weeks gained nearly 60 pounds.

I remember a few years back when I had a tight squeeze so for dinner and lunch I would go to CVS or something and get packaged food from low tier mac and cheese, to noodles, to some pasta and meats, some frozen stuff etc from local stores until things got back together.

Man in one month I basically gained 45 pounds despite my semi-regular exercising, high water drinkage, and the fact I didn't eat much at all. Those chemicals will get you no matter what.

If you aren't able to buy high priced stuff all the time I can't imagine how an obese person could possibly lose weight without surgery or going on a near starvation diet.

Food past the mid-2000's is the worst it's ever been and it continues to get worse.

Not at all. Sometimes i get a puffy face from drinking alot of beer. I work out 5 days a week on average since i was a kid. Since it's such a habit at this point it keeps me in shape. Sometimes great shape sometimes ok cause i always drink and eat like shit.

There's a big difference in being told to lose weight for health reasons and the other just be a mean SOB. I honestly fought weight loss after being told I was fat as a kid. I never took the time to say "losing weight isn't a bad thing" or "it doesn't mean I'm ugly". I need to lower my BMI. My BMI says I'm overweight. I've lost some weight ever since I went vegan, but being vegan doesn't mean you're always eating healthy. You can consume a TON of processed foods.

5.10 190lbs. I was 220 in august but changed eating habits and light workout. Got really I'll so had to start watching what I eat which is no products containing high fructose corn syrup and citric acid. That cut out alot of bad foods and no more fast food, only stuff I can make. One I get over this flu I'll continue a gym routine lol.

Kinda,

Dropped from 280 to 230 in the last 15 months by making slow life changes that I hope can last. Hope to get to 210 by the summer. I am 6'3

I've been overweight per the BMI since grade school; all the men in my family are built like brick shithouses and pack on muscle, so there's no real way to not be overwight on the BMI without doing a starvation diet.

My heaviest was 230 @ 6'1" (104kg @ 185.4cm)

In my early 20s I hit about 275. I didn't realize how much weight I had gained until my friend told me and never again have I let it happen. At my best I was about 185 but that was going to the gym 4 -5 times a week. I can't do that as much anymore so I have gained some weight. About 205 now and id like to stay around that 200 mark.

I had McDeez breakfast burritos this morning for first time in year. Been eating clean since summer. The burrito tasted like cardboard, no exaggeration. Taste buds change over time depending on type of food consumption.

Rubs belly....tilts head to the side a bit...starts grinning....that poor TV crew didn't make it out alive. They made it out as poo and regurgitated bones.

I'm 5'11" and 232. I'm fat, am active 5 days a week, but I obviously need to reduce my intake of fattening foods and increase take of healthy food.

No. But, I put on 1.6 kilograms overnight from Christmas day food. Fucking crazy getting old. My metabolism's at the bar getting shitfaced.

Yes.

Not too much, but I always struggled with weight. I have the shittiest metabolism and most of what I eat is comprised of good and healthy food.

Have you tried lifting? I ask only because people who legitimately put and keep weight on easily with a good diet tend to also put on muscle easily. It might be an easier path to take for you than struggling with diet alone. :messenger_heart:

Went from 150s in summer and now I'm 170 to 180. 5'9". Gained a good amount of muscle, but I can't close any of my pants. I just zip it up all the way and cover the unbuttoned part with my belt and shirt. Might get a new pair tomorrow, but I'm cheap.

5'10 at 175 lbs. I ran cross country and track all through high school. If it wasn't for that I would be way worse off as my diet was complete shit back then.

I usually pass as thin enough but even when I was running regularly I always had a moderate case of the man-tits. It's like there's a permanent layer of fat there that can't be driven out.

I've never really done weights before but thinking of getting into lifting this coming year. If I can't burn the tits off with cardio I can at least try to cover them with muscle

Nah, under by a bit.

Need to get back to the gym and eat right again.

I decided to go on a cycle of Accutane to knock out very mild but consistent acne and basically crippled myself for the last 6 months.
About a month off it and I'm slowly regaining strength...

But my skin is magnificent!

I feel like Accutane has too many bad side effects to try but I'm glad your skin is looking good!

6'1, 205 lbs @ 11% bf

in the middle of a cut down to 9% or so, which is where i will stop.. i should be 195 to 200, depending on how much water i'm holding

with a 6 pack i am considered obese going strictly by BMI. it's extremely outdated

Nope, 6ft, 175lbs. But just 1 month ago i was hitting my highest weight ever at 193lbs. Red alerts went off in my head and I instantly made some life changes (and my Apple Watch has helped a ton). Started working out daily. All the weight and sluggish feelings went away instantly.

No you aren't. You are considered slightly overweight. 188 is normal at that height.
