It wasn't fake. Just in engine, prerendered 24 fps less than cutscene thing.

It was running at 24FPS, that was the giveaway. It was rendered in engine, sure, and maybe even in real time, but that doesn't say much if you are running on an RTX2080TI or two.

It's currently being developed on 4.25 isn't it?

I'm gonna be honest, I'm not seeing the difference in power between Xbox Series X and PS5. I don't deny Xbox Series X is the more powerful console, but it's pretty clear the difference between them is quite small.

All craic aside, I'm genuinely upset that Xbox is yet again screwing themselves. Sony needs a competitor in their market, or they will grow stale. Microsoft did kick them in the nuts in the PS3 era, which gave us the PS4 era, but this... This sounds like Xbox One levels of disappointment. You absolutely CANNOT sell the "most powerful console" with last gen graphics. This may lead to Sony having a crappier era, because they will have the true next gen experience.

Unreal 5 will have the tools for you to easily migrate. So yeah, the full game will likely release using Unreal 5 and all the bells and whistles it brings.
