I have an SSD in my PC and often cross platform play Sea of Thieves with my son (him PC, me X1X). I’m impressed that the load time of that game is now on par with my PC, and my son won’t be waiting for ages for me to join his game.

Default. I always do a cold boot with my Xbox One, and it is slow. Going to be a nice change to only have to wait 20sec, and then use quick resume to start my games within 5sec.

Bo at least posted more compelling evidence to support his claim than DF did in their video.
I don't think questioning DF was reason for ban, neither was being rude or crude...
Do we have some threads with info about how to pixel count, not that I would stoop to that, but to know the basics?
Demon Souls looks really good be it 4k or not.

DF was pretty apologetic about Halo. (Professional graphics analysis channel shouldn't need to apologize for any game)
I didn't see any downplay of DemonSouls in the DF analysis.
I can't tell if RT was used in the demo or not, I can't pixel count so can't say anything about that.
(But if DF makes the claims, they should provide some evidence)

The whole narrative that DF is lying, and deliberately giving free marketing for Microsoft is ridiculous. Have you seen their reviews for TLOU2, GoW, Uncharted 4? Always very positive. But because it's so hard to fathom for some people that there are also good things to say about Xbox, they think they are biased. Look at the analysis of the Xbox Series S, you can't be more objective than that.

I don't think DF is lying at all. I think they counted pixels and determined 1440p which is what will happen if it's upscaled. Nothing wrong with that. I think the fact that they had to count pixels is actually more flattering, it shows that Bluepoint (or maybe Sony as a whole) has a very convincing 4K upscaling technique.
Halo Infinite was dynamic native 4K but it goes to show that 4K assets make all the difference with regards to IQ because while the image was clear it still looked bad

Pixel counting is not always a conclusive tthing.The image can be hard to decipher at times. If DF is wrong then they are wrong. It happens.
Going on a tangent about how they are lying specifically to downplay a game on the competition is delusional. Reminds me of when they reported on the GitHub leak and MANY screamed they were biased and irresponsible for even entertaining the idea of those chips being next gen machines.
You can present an argument in a way that refutes what is being said without going on a tangent. And from what I remember of the thread he didn't be actually count any pixels. He simply said use your eyes, they are lying.

Where were they apologetic about halo? Because the video that everyone likes to bring up about lying wasn't apologetic in anyway. It even called a lot of the textures flat and unimaginative along with LOD systems that are bad.

If the last few pages of this thread - and subsequent bannings - show us anything it's that we desperately need to start seeing gameplay footage from both consoles that will give us an accurate, first hand comparison of how they both work for the first time.
Literally nobody on this forum can say for certain which machine is going to perform better, and the endless screeching about one being better than the other, based on nothing other than spec sheets, corporate doublespeak, and 'insider' bullshit is getting extremely tiresome.
Let's fucking see something new and next gen running on XSX, and then we can compare to what we've seen running on Ps5. And let's see last gen games running on Ps5 to clear up the dull as shit BC stuff too.
Everything else: the console box sizes, amount of tflops, gpus, cpus, storage sizes... it's all completely irrelevant bullshit when compared to seeing actual games.
