maybe if it had released sooner would it have that early next gen bump but we are nearly a half a year away from launch.I think it will be low 80s, but by the end of the ps5 life people will consider it a mid 70s rated game.

We are still in the initial launch window, and there are not many next gen games.maybe if it had released sooner would it have that early next gen bump but we are nearly a half a year away from launch.
True, but the ps5 has lost that just opened next gen smell even if it is still hard to get.We are still in the initial launch window, and there are not many next gen games.
I have shitty memory, what games comes out in late april\early may?!
Edit: except for our lord and saviour biomutant of course.
This is my issue.A better poll would be asking what percentage of reviews will mention the games price. That's where we're headed on this game unfortunately
This is my issue.
For $70 how long is it,what kind of replay value does it offer and it doesn't have MP right?
60-70 I think. Depends on whether reviews will take into account the next gen tax on a game that so far looks resolutely last gen.
Every preview is saying it looks and feel next-gen60-70 I think. Depends on whether reviews will take into account the next gen tax on a game that so far looks resolutely last gen.
Where does it say souls like MP?![]()
Souls style MP but looking pretty good
Sorry. Not pvp. Just the player death loopWhere does it say souls like MP?
I'm expecting it to go over 90, as long as outlets don't punish the fact that it's full priced. It's gonna be Hades territory.
Ok that's disappointing unless the game is long?Sorry. Not pvp. Just the player death loop
HotPocket69 Do I still make you lol after all these glowing previews? Dudes are literally comparing it with Hades.

After hearing the previews today I think so too. People were very positive on all the aspects that could have sunk the game.80-90 is a lock
This shouldn't and I think doesn't come into a review score.Low to mid 80s.
There is nothing for PS5 right now, so game bloggers won't be as harsh. They will also be very impressed by the DualSense implementation as it's the only game since Astro that is apparently using it well, further boosting score.
70-75. i think the pricepoint will hurt it.
Considering both Ghost of Tsushima and Spider-Man Miles Morales are b/w 80-85, I think 85-89 would be too optimistic for Returnal. But 80-85 would put them into that territory with esteemed company. As I posted on the similar thread before this:
Between 85-89.
I haven't watched any videos about the game for a while, but seeing what's being posted on Neogaf I think it's going to be great. I just preordered the game.
