Someone please recommend me a PC racing game that looks better than Driveclub
I'd like to play it
I'd like to play it
Xbox one s base open world always online multiplayer driven….I can see it showing it's age due to the base console? He is not wrong. I've launched it last month on lg oled, 3080... hdr, 4k, 120hz.. and I think it is starting to age but I don't know why and how
im lazy, just take my word for it
this is how it looks when its not raining and 80% of the screen doesn't get cover with water

You forgot to mention HDR.One is open world wile the other is closed course one is 60fps in 4k wile the other is 1080p 30fps there is no comparison lol.
And is a canned circuit racer.Driveclub is 30fps and felt slow as hell.
I think the reverence for DriveClub is only because it was an exclusive.
You sure that's maxed out? This is how Horizon 4 looks on my PC maxed out
Driveclub did it with interior hardware and did it better
Jesus christ the texturing of the road in Driveclub. Huge aggregate sizes, it looks like cobblestone.Definitely Driveclub looks 2 generations ahead compared to Forza Horizon 4

its possible you're just a pc snob and a bit biasedYou sure that's maxed out?
Looks better on my PC at 1440p.
I will actually play this again when I get my Pro set back up![]()
Git Gud!
That's exactly it. It bombed because people couldn't turn on the apex correctly, was too hard subjectively, played the original launch version then dumped it, didn't play the DLC, le netcode bro and of course the usual 30 FPS, low texture and 1080P arguments. Those who actually played the game know how much of a bliss the game actually is.Driveclub bombed and was delisted a while ago, yet we still have weekly Driveclub shill threads.I just don't understand.
Let's see some screen shots where it aint raining where you think it looks so goodits possible you're just a pc snob and a bit biased
not saying thats the case though, but it could potentially be the case

Screenshots have been posted that disprove your theory.its possible you're just a pc snob and a bit biased

its not all about screenshots
its also about the motion in the ocean
my eyes and word >>> screen shots that u wantScreenshots have been posted that disprove your theory.
Atleast try to put in effort to back up your point.
Boot up DC and capture some screenshots when its not raining.
THis is a half baked thread that you refuse to even take part in beyond saying "trust me" and " you might be a snob".
We def need to ban you.
I think its more about you trolling and talking out your ass.its not all about screenshots
its also about the motion in the ocean
Yeah, that 30fps motion will sure change minds.its not all about screenshots
its also about the motion in the ocean
my eyes and word >>> screen shots that u want
And at this point you just trollingSo I'm about to delete Horizon 4 since its inferior to Driveclub
you guys said Forza 5 looks better and that I should check that one out right?
and Driveclub still looks better
I'm not even trolling, I appreciate Forza's effort though.
Its amazing how they managed to make Driveclub look that great on such limited hardware
Should or shouldnt I check out Forza 5?And at this point you just trolling
At this point? He was trolling 20 points before. And at this point you just trolling
My sweet Locutus, what have they done to you my boyLooks don't matter nearly as much as feel, especially in racing games. Gamers collectively need to move past graphical fidelity as a benchmark for what's best - frames matter so much more.
its not all about screenshots
its also about the motion in the ocean
To be honest your just blinkers in your view just to try to start warring so yeah move alongShould or shouldnt I check out Forza 5?
this is not resetera no such request will be grantedMuh games artwork is subjectively better in screenshots <---- wtf is this logic? If the game looks amazing in motion then what's the issue? Also, OP's opinion is also subjective. Why does he need to be banned?

I have every console/PCthis thread is an obvious troll/fanboy bait thread
why would we want to see these when it looks so great while raining? Are there any stills from driveclub when it is not raining?
I have every console/PC
I love vidyea games
no fanboyism here. Just logical opinions
An RTX 3080 won't run driveclub. Checkmate...!An RTX 3080 will run Forza Horizon 4 at 2160p120
DriveClub runs at 1080p30?

No wonder DC showed off visuals with grey skies and rain. In every pic you posted, look 2ft off the track and thats got to be the most plain looking dirt, rocks, cliffs I've seen in a recent driving game. The car shadows dont even look right. Its the same every time, little gif with rain. Than you play the game on a decent 4K screen and you see how it really looks. And there are people claiming it looks better than even Forza Horizon 5 lol. im gonna save some people time

lol
It can look decent when all the good things come together but really, to say that it looks better than Forza Horizon 4 maxed out on pc is just comical. And i like Driveclub, i still play it monthly. No wonder DC showed off visuals with grey skies and rain. It's like they put all the effort into the car and immediate road detail (at only 30 fps) and hope weather effects cover up the rest of the view.
