My only opinion on this is I don't see how anyone can be remotely excited at the thought of Microsoft controlling the largest publisher in gaming seeing how they have mismanaged their own studios for years. It's not a "Xbox is lame" mentality, they are just simply terrible at this videogame thing and have proven that money does not indeed buy success. All this money could be spent building up talent for existing studios but that takes time and patience, also leadership which they seem to be lacking.

People in this thread would prefer MS to buy ABK and just shutter it rather than have it continue to making games for both Xbox and PlayStation. They are a fucking embarrassing breed.

Saying that he expects COD to be on PS is not the real argument. The argument is that they will dilute the desire to play on PS through delayed content, and it being on gamepass wher eyou dont have to buy it. This will greatly hinder them even wanting to buy it.

Putting the game on PS+ also removes the 30% sales revenue on each sale, which is I believe like 300m a year revenue for playstation.

But that’s not how it works. People can play different CODs and they even have different settings. It’s not FIFA. Not to mention Warzone also exists.
