I'm not listening in, but if he did really say cod isn't essential then that won't hold much water if it's not very familiar with it, or maybe he just knows the numbers.

I am 90% sure he said it. (audio streaming is not good)

It is not even able to give detrminated figures of the effects of making COD exclusive....
I think he said that around 8-9% of COD users on PS4 would switch to XBO?? It doesn't even have figures regarding PS5 vs XSeries?.

Right now they're trying to say that he didn't do a model off of partial-foreclosure just full foreclosure.

Thats not true. Activision's stock went from 86.74 to 76.81 on April 26th. The same day the CMA blocked the deal. You can look here.

I'm talking about ATVI stock. Which is intrinsically tied to this deal and the price MS is willing to pay, until it is fully thrown out.

If the deal goes through you instantly make money.

MS's stock is pretty far removed from this as it's just a blip on their 2+ trillion dollar radar. The CMA blocking ATVI had nothing to do with MS's stock, that was their insane earnings. But even if it did, that isn't what I'm talking about.
