Yes, do it. I also did it and I had every PlayStation since the first one.
Sony entered this generation with a lot of momentum and now we're almost 4 years in and the console still has no memorable exclusives lineup.

Returnal is on PC, Wukong will also be releasing on PC the same day as PS5 and later on Xbox. FF7R will most likely also be coming to PC like Remake did and Stellar Blade probably also will even though it's mid and should not be an argument for buying/keeping a console.
Only game left is a PS3 game with pretty graphics.

We're talking about facts. Not speculation maybe city.

Meanwhile on Xbox you have, Hellblade 2? And that's on PC.

You can argue helldivers 2 but that is also on pc.

Honestly I dont see how you're wrong. Sony has truly fucking been useless this gen, in the last 2 years especially. Until they show us why to be excited, I blame no one for selling this shit right now.

Exactly but the fanboys quickly try to shame him into submission. By the time we actually start getting games that truly take advantage of PS5 from first party big dogs like Sucked Punch, it's looking like 2026 at the EARLIEST.

Why has that happened? GaaS and PC focus from Sony spreading themselves too thin! Just an absolute travesty of business decisions and mismanagement insofar as the "hardcore" gamer should be concerned. This is NOT the Sony from the ps3/ps4 eras.

There shouldn't be this massive drought lasting 3 entire years ..Demons Souls and Ratchet shouldn't be the most impressive looking Sony games in 2024, and it definitely shouldnt take 6 years after the launch of PS5 to get the first truly next gen Sony game ....but here we are!

Spiderman 2 should've been that first mind blowing next gen game. Actually LoU1 Remake should've ...two next gen only games from monster developers yet they look like glorified cross gen games! Maybe if Spiderman 2 actually looked like how the reveal trailer looked people wouldnt feel like the PS5s potential has been wasted like we do now.
