Fortnite and Final Fantasy XIV seem to do a great job of keeping their audiences engaged. But those other three? Probably dozens of games that would be better choices.

I've never felt very satisfied after watching one of these shows... always some degree of disappointment! The people on stage rarely say anything of insight or interest, and the trailers are mostly CGI rather than gameplay.

But I keep watching in the hope that one day this hobby I love will be better represented... maybe this year?
