For Abby how different do you want her? It fits the environment and character
Same for intergalactic, she fits the Cyberpunk type, she's not everyone's taste...
I don't he is the one choosing each character but I could be wrong

So your motivation behind this is that a fictional 3d character somehow became your hero, and he died, and now you're venting.

The only logical answer to this is that only he knows why characters that look like this are in his game. Even then, why not compare all the characters in his games.
 
He likes mascular or butch mascular chicks, the male characters in his games are usually standard looking. I think he's overdoing the whole "strong female" type thing by exaggerating the features to drive his point home. In the world of Druckman women cannot look like women and still be strong, they have to look like a cross breed between a man and a woman. It's pretty twisted way of looking at things, but that's Druckman for you.

He has a strong fetish with this and isn't ashamed to shove in peoples face. Hence why he is called Cuckman.
 
Abby isn't ripped in the flashback with her father. She's a normal looking teenager. She gets ripped because shes preparing for revenge against a burly smuggler.

This is effective storytelling.

Tell me you have no clue about bodybuilding without telling me you have no clue about bodybuilding.....

It doesn't work with that kind of food, that kind of training and especially not in that timeframe for a woman. Not even if she was Arnold and Lou ferrignos female clone.

Almost 30 years in the sport and I haven't seen a natural Abby anywhere close the the age of the character.

Activism involves things like street protest, agitating officials, building organizations, and so on. Getting paid millions to direct videogames and TV shows is not activism.

I loved the TLOU2, gameplay wise way way more than TLOU2.

But I think she looked better from her initial designs compared to main game release, or when she was younger in the game
If they kept her arms smaller like they were, there would of been some less complaints.

Im gonna buy Intergalactic day 1because Naughty Dog makes great games,one of my favourite studios. But they could of avoided much of the negative talk by some slight changes, they knew they were gonna get the reaction with that design.

I agree her look is off and I prefer her before she bulks.
But her group do have like a society with food and military with a stadium lol. There not totally scavengers. Its not like what we see of the Fireflies in the first game. But yes its a bit too much and not needed

That's a distinction without a difference.

The point is that many characters are intentionally ugly and stripped of any sense of feminine beauty. And that is wholly of the left.

It's stupid you need a step by step for a fictional characters build. Like Marcus Fenix wouldn't be able to maintain his build either in a post apocalypse but there is something called suspension of disbelief

okay, you have NOT watched sport if you think this, stop watching the main stream sports, in the olympics a lot of athletes, female, have Abby's build
 
In all seriousness, I have on multiple occasions found my inner monologue questioning how many terrabytes of roided up masculine lesbian porn he must possess. Given his financial means, my only conclusion is that he has surely attained every work known to man.

I think he loves the controversy it generates, I don't think he actually is fond of said characters himself.
 
Joel had to end like he did for the sequel to make an impact.
I think Abby is an extremely well realized character
