And the 2nd one isn't even butch at all... she just shaved her hair... There're many reasons why she would shave her hair : personal preferences, not being bothered with hair when you're going to a space adventure, eventually having to fight with dangerous foes, so without hair might be easier.

Damn a woman who goes to save the world, fighting thoussands of ennemies, with barely any clothes on, no protection on her body, nothing, is perfectly fine for you, but a girl going to do the same but thinking "hey I'll shave my hair for more ease" is a problem ?

I'm all against wokism, exagerating the presence of minorities in games (or other media) it feels fake and not coming from good intentions at all and I hate it. All I saw from Dragon Age Veilguard for exemple made me not want to play this, because they exagerate. I'm bothrered when I see a tv show, a tv show that's not about being gay or straight or not, and in that show there're 5 couples, 3 being gays, 1 being trans, and 1 being streight but being bad persons : that's pathetic and it's following an agenda that I hate.

That said I also hate the opposite, rejecting a movie, a game, etc because the hero, or some characters are gay, or black, or handicaped or from any minority. If that's well written, not with a bad agenda behind (basically the "all men are trash" shit or "all cops are bad" or again "all white people are bad"), then I'm all in. Having diversity in a game, in a movie, in our society is a blessing, is interesting.

So yeah my opinion is that girl isn't even butch, she's just a little badass (reminds me of Ripley in Alien 3) and going to an adventure, and that's cool to me.

It’s obvious ND designed this character to be somewhat ambiguous in terms of sexual characteristics, just like the new one.

Bald women are rare. If it's common for you to see them, you must live in a city/country or take part in an ethnic background or job sector that has lots of shaved headed women.

Toronto is arguably among the most multicultural places in the world. The number of shaved headed women I've seen in my life are so few I cant even remember one off the top of my head. Just this afternoon I stepped out for errands and lunch, everyone seemed to have hair. A Jada Pinkett look is not common for women. Maybe in some parts of the world it is, but overall no.

Out of all the people I've met at work or school (1000s of people added up), never met one shaved headed female. Shaved headed guys is different. You see tons of guys shaving their head because it looks good or they are losing their hair so they decide to just get rid of it all.
